I cannot recommend Katie and her team at Wildflower Elegant Events enough. I also want to start this review by saying that I didn't even think I needed a coordinator. My husband brought it up, and I was like "I don't think we need one, I've got all the planning down", but then he brought up all the reasons that a day of coordinator would be helpful. Let me just say - it was the best decision we ever made!!! I don't even know what I would have done without her. She was so helpful from beginning to end and was SO much more than just a "Day of" wedding coordinator, she helped throughout the months leading up to the wedding, around the time I was so overwhelmed with planning and helped me with things I would never have even thought about. Once we agreed we needed a coordinator, I had talked to/had consultations with a lot of people, and going with Katie was the best choice I made for my wedding day. She was in our budget/price range and from our first "consultation" I could just tell that she was the right choice. It felt right away that she CARED, and I wasn't going to just be a number for her. I also wanted to find someone who had experience with Jewish weddings, and although she did have some experience with less traditional Jewish weddings, I could tell that she was going to really learn and do the wedding right (ours was a fairly traditional Conservative Jewish wedding). Needless to say, my intuition was right and she learned everything she could about the traditions we wanted to honor. Leading up to the wedding, I was struggling finding a few vendors, and was extremely anxious about it, but she helped me to find a make up artist and a baker for the cake, and both ended up being AMAZING finds. She helped me finalize and curate our timeline to perfection and communicated it to all of our other vendors, and then made sure we stuck to that timeline on the day of. She gave me advice and told me about things I wouldn't have even thought about. I filled out a little intake form with what my vision was for the wedding and she made sure it came to life to perfection. She made sure all of the traditional Jewish activities we wanted were incorporated into the timeline, and made sure the day went by seamlessly. She coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everything looked and felt exactly as we had envisioned it. She also was there for me on the day of. If I had an issue or problem, a wardrobe malfunction (my dress ripped and she had a needle and thread ready to go!), was hungry or needed a drink, was frustrated because people weren't where they needed to be before the ceremony, whatever little thing it was, she was there to fix every problem if they arose. Katie was also just a great friend and hype woman throughout the whole day. She made me feel so great and beautiful, and truly was there for me from beginning to end. If you have any doubts or questions about hiring a wedding coordinator, let me just tell you that choosing Katie and Wildflower Elegant Events is choosing an option that will make your wedding planning and wedding day stress-free and PERFECT.

I was referred by Jay from the DJay company when I asked him if I should get a day of coordinator for my wedding and he said if I could afford it, absolutely. Megan has been an absolute life saver during our wedding process. We had multiple meetings over the phone discussing the day of timeline process, any questions I had, any suggestions or ideas she had, etc. We met the week before the wedding to do a final walk through and go over the day of timeline which helped ease a lot of our anxiety about where things would go and how things would flow together. Megan was there the day before our wedding for our rehearsal dinner & she picked up all of our wedding decor to take to our venue the next day. The day of the wedding, she was there literally from beginning to end. She was so kind and helpful, assisted in areas we couldn’t, set up our decor beautifully, helped our vendors set up and show them where they’re supposed to go, she helped set up our tables beautifully! When it was time for our cocktail hour pictures she met us outside with food and drinks knowing the bride and groom do not eat much during the wedding day. When we sat down at our sweetheart table, we had our dinner plates stacked with food sitting there waiting for us with water and drinks. She went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful we could save the money and afford to hire her for our wedding. It made all of the difference. At the end of the night she packed everything up for us and signed off on the venue paperwork that we were down and cleaned up. Aside from Megan being super helpful, she has such a great personality and flowed well with our crazy family. Thank you Megan for all of your help and hard work, our day could not have been as beautiful and PERFECT (not one thing went wrong) without you!! You’re the best!

Where do I even start. My original wedding planned bailed two days before and Bre stepped in and never missed a beat. She got write to work and pulled information and materials together like we had been working together all year. I was able to full unplug which was the best gift of all. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. I hired Dream Co. for day-of wedding coordination. I'm so glad I did! Chelsea was assigned as the main coordinator on our wedding day. She was professional, timely, and extremely organized. She met with me and my partner a few times before the big day, and her friendly sense of professionalism set my mind at ease. I paid for the package where I was still involved with vendor communication leading up to the wedding, but it was nice having Chelsea there for support in the month leading up to the event. Plus, the package pricing was reasonable compared to other vendor quotes I received. On the day of, Chelsea kept everything running smoothly and on time. We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Teyanna was beyond accommodating and informative throughout the entire process. Her precise, creative, and professional "client-first" mentality shone through. From countless Zoom calls to meeting up in person to select flowers, it was more than we could have asked for and were expecting. Her professionalism and creativity showed through when we had to improvise our outdoor ceremony to an indoor one thanks to a horrific tropical storm. She called us on the morning of our wedding to ensure we were doing okay and went over every detail with both my husband and me to make sure she and her team didn't miss anything. I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. My husband and I are truly grateful for hiring them as part of our wedding team.

I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! But when it came to our wedding, we knew that we would need some help on the day of. Bee is quite possibly the best wedding coordinator we could have asked for. From day one, she was attentive and incredibly organized. She really helped us narrow down our vision and execute it. Bee filled in the gaps; she was excited when my family was not. She was also a kind listening ear, even when she didn't have to be. The day went off without a hitch and although weddings are stressful, Bee actions and coordination allowed us to be able to enjoy our day. She is kind, LGBT safe, and an absolute star.
