    We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Teyanna was beyond accommodating and informative throughout the entire process. Her precise, creative, and professional "client-first" mentality shone through. From countless Zoom calls to meeting up in person to select flowers, it was more than we could have asked for and were expecting. Her professionalism and creativity showed through when we had to improvise our outdoor ceremony to an indoor one thanks to a horrific tropical storm. She called us on the morning of our wedding to ensure we were doing okay and went over every detail with both my husband and me to make sure she and her team didn't miss anything. We cannot wait to work with Teyanna again in the future.

    Avoid The Bailey Experience Wedding and Event Co. at all costs. Teyanna Bailey, who previously operated under the name Essence of Flair, has a long history of taking customers' money without providing the promised services. In our case, they nearly ruined our special day and we never received the products or services we paid for. Their communication was limited to email and phone, and they were completely unresponsive when we tried to resolve the issues. Based on our experience and the reports of other couples, this business should be avoided - Teyanna Bailey has simply changed the company name in an attempt to hide from her past misdeeds and continue defrauding customers. Stay far away from this unreliable and unethical business.

    Teyanna was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were hired by Teyanna as the DJ & MC for a wedding client in Ohio. She is very professional, responsive, and she was always available to answer any questions we had. The quality of her work was top-notch - she is very detailed, creative, and remained calm under pressure throughout the entire day. Teyanna created a very detailed packet that included everything we needed, and we were able to seamlessly follow her timeline for a very smooth ceremony & reception. Even with Teyanna traveling from New York to Ohio, everything was on point and ran so smoothly.     Teyanna an her team went above and beyond for my wedding. My family stressed me out during the process and my mom was very overbearing but Teyanna made sure to make her feel included in the planning process; which I really appreciated. Teyanna kept me on track with my budget ensuring I didn’t overspend as sometimes I like things that are outside of my financial reach. She never tried to force her will on me and always made sure what I wanted was at the forefront. On the wedding day, I arrived to the bridal suite at the venue and there was already breakfast there waiting for me and my bridesmaids and hair and makeup team. The groom and team had food and drinks also even though they arrived much later. The whole day was absolutely perfect and Teyanna made sure everything was on time as my family has a problem being on time. Teyanna never broke a sweat and planned my whole wedding with ease. I completely recommend Teyanna and her team for your wedding planning. Oh and she did my flowers too and they were stunning. I cried when her assistant brought my bouquet to me. I cried a lot that day but it was all happy tears. Weeks later and I’m still happy and on cloud 9. Hire Teyanna already!
