Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

For the most part I am a one-woman team. However, if your wedding requires some extra hands, or you'd like to hire me on both the styling and coordinating sides, I have a group of wonderful contractors who are ready to step in and help me to make sure your day is perfect!

Do you also plan other events, like showers or rehearsal dinners?

I can help with other events from engagement parties to showers to rehearsal dinners and day after brunches. Even non-wedding related events!

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

Accepted Answer

This fully depends on what package you end up moving forward with. On average, someone who hires me for day-of coordinating will spend about 4-6 hours with me ahead of the wedding, whereas month-of coordinating clients will spend about 10-12 hours with me ahead of the wedding. Most of this time is spent in virtual meetings or phone calls to better accommodate your schedules.

Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

I do not work multiple weddings in one day ever. I may work multiple weddings in one weekend, but require no less than 18 hours between the end of one event and the start of the next one to make sure that I am well rested and operating as my best self for your big day.

No! I also offer full-service styling services for everyone involved in the wedding, and offer partial planning services.

I offer a range of services including but not limited to: look book creation, appointment setting, gown/dress sourcing, wedding party coordination, personal bridal styling, customization guidance, accessories styling, and day-of dressing.

Weddings are stressful, no matter how small, and there is always something that doesn't go according to plan. Having a coordinator lets you know that they will handle anything that arises, your loved ones get to just enjoy the day, and you get to have a peaceful and fun wedding day.

What is your favorite compliment from a couple you work with?

I love it when couples tell me after the wedding that it was perfect and nothing went wrong, because that's never actually true. Behind the scenes I work hard to make sure that anything that does come up is handled or plans are adjusted, making sure that the wedding is actually perfect for my couple.

What determines final pricing?

Final pricing has a lot of variables. Each wedding is different and requires different things from your coordinator. In general, the more your coordinator does on the day, the more it will cost. Smaller weddings don't always equal less work

Day-Of Coordination was designed for the couples who want to make sure that they get to fully enjoy the day of their wedding, rather than worry about running it. It includes a venue walk-through and a final meeting the week of the wedding to go over final details. We provide vendor management, ready to direct and assist them, and problem solve if anything arises. We assist with timeline management throughout the night and oversee cleanup.
