Dana Watts, owner of Thyme & Details, was such an integral part of our wedding that I can't imagine how we would have done it without her. We had a multi-day Indian wedding with several events, and she took the time to really learn about our culture and understand what each event meant to us. She wasn’t just there to plan logistics—she cared about making everything special and meaningful. What I appreciated most about Dana was her attention to detail. From the tiniest decor elements to the big picture, she made sure nothing was overlooked. She took all my ideas (and I had a lot!) and made them come to life exactly how I had envisioned—or even better. She also worked so well with all our vendors, keeping everyone on the same page and making sure everything went smoothly. Dana is amazing at communication. Whether it was updating us on progress, answering our questions, or helping solve problems, she was always calm, clear, and on top of things. She made a potentially stressful process feel so manageable. She also has a great ability to stay calm under pressure and handle unexpected challenges, which was so reassuring on the wedding days. Everything ran on time, and I didn’t have to stress about anything because I knew Dana had it covered. She somehow managed to handle a million moving parts while still making it all look effortless. And through it all, she was kind, patient, and always made us feel like her priority. Having Dana as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made. She made the entire process so much easier and allowed us to focus on enjoying the moment with our family and friends. We’re so grateful for her!
