Drawing on her own experience as a bride, Kimberly founded this business to give other couples the freedom to enjoy their day while she handles every detail behind the scenes.
Having just had our wedding a few years ago, we understand the magic of love and the importance of every detail. We specialize in creating personalized weddings that reflect your personality. Unlike larger companies, we offer a hands-on approach, working closely with our couples to bring their vision to life! With experience in day-of coordinating and full planning, we focus on organization, clear communication and executing flawless events. Our goal is to make the planning process enjoyable and efficient so that you can focus on celebrating your special day with confidence! Because every love story deserves its happily ever after!

I help with everything from resourcing your vendors to figuring out your smallest details. I’ll be there for you every step of the way to ease your stress. You can book this package up to two years in advance and it includes Day of Coordination! | This is best for clients that need assistance sourcing 2-3 vendors, as well as finalizing the details to their special day. Day of Coordination is included as well in this package. | This is best for clients that have already reserved their vendors, however I do give you my own Preferred Vendors List for any vendors not booked. Although this is called "Day Of Coordination” this package starts about 2-3 months prior to your wedding and I offer unlimited communication to take some stress of you plate. I take over logistics, manage your vendors and make sure you’re enjoying your special day you’ve been planning for! |

Made Our Dream Wedding a Reality!
Kimberly and her husband Travis went the extra mile to make my wedding day everything I had envisioned it would be. Throughout our time together Kimberly was consistent in her communications with me, as well as my number one fan, offering words of encouragement and always giving me a sense of relief. She worked wonderfully with all other vendors and I would highly recommend her services to any friend or family member! To any bride that is considering wedding coordination or planning services, look no further than Kim and her team!!
Our Day Was Pure Magic
Choosing Kimberly's Ever After Planning as our day-of coordinator was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. From the very first interaction, their communication was always timely, detailed, and friendly. Kimberly and her husband were truly passionate about their work, and it showed in every aspect of our day. They were punctual, flexible, and made the entire process fun and stress-free. I particularly enjoyed watching them quietly communicate with each other to coordinate big moments, like when they were waiting for their queue to open the big double doors for me to walk down the aisle. Getting to quietly witness that passion for their work put a smile on my face. Their obvious love for what they do was infectious and made our wedding day that much more amazing. It was also so convenient to rent our photobooth through Kimberly, it made for one less vendor for me to have to coordinate and it was great having the photobooth there for as long as we had coordinating. They brought fun props too!! I cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning highly enough!

Thanks to her, I got to be a truly worry-free bride—able to soak in every moment without stressing about timelines, vendors, or last-minute hiccups. She understood my vision better than I could have imagined and brought it to life so effortlessly. Walking into my wedding day, I felt nothing but pure joy because I knew Kimberly had everything handled. I can’t imagine ever trusting anyone else with such an important day—she’s simply the best! If you want to actually enjoy your wedding without a single worry, Kimberly is the one to make it happen.

Kimberly’s Ever After Planning is the whole reason my day went so smoothly and I didn’t spend the whole day worrying. I hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for outside day of coordination for my Disneyland Hotel Wedding. From the moment I booked them, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew that my DIY & Personal items would be handled carefully and nobody from the wedding party or any guests would have to take time out of their day to set it up. I had lots of communication from Kimberly from the moment I booked with her until the wedding day. Kimberly and her husband Travis had the same venues as we did for their own wedding, plus she has worked many Disneyland weddings as a planner, so I knew she was someone I could trust to know all the details & peculiarities when having a Disneyland Wedding. On the day of the wedding I just showed Kimberly and Travis all the items I had, I had binned them up and labeled them, and they handled everything from then on. I didn’t need to worry about anything while I was getting my hair & makeup done because they were handling it all and updating me occasionally. Kimberly even ran to get a tide pen for me from my hotel room when I spilled cupcake on my white shirt! At the end of the reception, Kimberly & Travis packed up all my items and they were so smooth at it, I didn’t even notice them while I was dancing with my friends! I also hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for content creation, and once everything was set up, Kimberly and Travis got so much footage of behind the scenes, the ceremony, and reception footage. I didn’t know if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer & hiring them for content creation was a happy medium. I definitely recommend hiring Kimberly’s Ever After Planning, especially if you’re having a Disneyland Wedding. They know what they’re doing, and they’re going to take care of you, and care about making your day special just as much as you do.
