Ingrid was amazing! She came recommended by one of our friends, and she certainly lived up to his glowing reviews. We can’t thank her enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. We used Ingrid for the month of our wedding. We booked all of our vendors beforehand, and Ingrid seamlessly took over from there. Thanks to her and her team, our wedding day and the month leading up to it was stress free. She is very organized, kind, supportive, helpful, flexible, and so easy and pleasant to work with. All of our friends/family and amazing vendors gave us the same feedback about working with her! We can’t thank and recommend Ingrid enough!

I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

I've been in the service industry for over twenty years and rarely do you get the opportunity to work with individuals like Ingrid and her event-planning abilities. She will go out of her way to make sure that her staff as well as her clients have the utmost experience during an event. She is kind and thoughtful, yet stern when it comes to taking care of business, making sure that the visions for an event become a reality. Dealing with most people's thoughts and ideas can be challenging at times but Ingrid's ability to handle these things masterfully is a gift not many coordinators possess. She is a true joy to work alongside and experience. I look forward to seeing her continued success.
