I’m Ashley, the owner of Rose Event Co. I love being able to share in the love of two individuals and feel lucky to get to work with such wonderful people each day! I’ve been planning weddings and events for over eight years now, and I couldn’t be more thankful with where I am now in my business. I primarily serve the OR | WA | CA markets, but will travel anywhere!

I care about making your event the best possible experience for everyone involved. I take care of all the small, tedious details and arrangements so that my clients can focus on the important stuff. I make the effort to understand your exact needs, so the event you imagine is the event you’ll get.

    When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!

    Ashley from Rose Event Company was the best wedding planner I could have asked for. Her calm, detailed communication style put me at ease throughout the entire planning process. She made my very specific vision come to life with stellar, amazing, perfect execution. Ashley kept us on time and on budget, and she pivoted with grace whenever anything went amiss, always providing excellent alternatives. As a busy entrepreneur with zero time, she made the wedding planning process fun and stress-free. I am so grateful for Ashley's hard work sourcing and organizing great vendor options. We could not have asked for a more seamless experience. Our wedding would not have been as joyful without Ashley. HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding planning. I would do it again 10000x over!!!!

    Ashley was amazing to work with and was so on top of everything- from vendors to decor, she made the wedding planning process way less stressful and kept me way more organized! She really helped our dream wedding come to life and had great vendor recommendations & suggestions, she handled all communication to help take the burden off of us! Day of, she helped the wedding go so smoothly so we could just be a guest at our own wedding! Highly recommend Ashley and the work she does!

    We can't say enough good things about Rose Event Company! Planning a wedding is never easy, but doing it in just 4 months, from across the country, and in a remote area with limited vendors seemed impossible—until we found Ashley. She took our vision of an intimate elopement with our closest family and friends, and turned it into the weekend of our dreams, managing every detail with perfection and making the entire process stress-free. From the moment we first spoke, I knew that Ashley was everything I was looking for. She is professional, organized, and full of creative ideas. Despite the challenges of our location, she found the perfect vendors to bring our vision to life. She understood our style and preferences right away and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was just as we envisioned. Even with the distance, Ashley was always available, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. She organized all the activities for our wedding weekend, including putting together our guest welcome bags. The entire weekend was a like a dream.
