I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.
In order to provide lower prices, I require you book with one of my vendors. The prices listed are NOT with that in mind. They are listed as my “Preferred Vendors”. Again, this is a requirement to receive HALF OFF of the listed prices. I'm honest. I am not in this to make money, but simply because I love love. I enjoy serving people as my primary love language is "acts of service". If you're into Myers Briggs personality types, I am an ENTJ. If you're into zodiac signs, I am a Virgo. So you can only imagine! I am persnickety! I also have a pretty demanding full time job--so this allows me to have some fun in my life.

BOOK HER RIGHT NOW
Bee is INCREDIBLE! She is so on top of everything and is always three steps ahead. I thought I was pretty on top of my wedding planning, but Bee showed me everything I hadn’t yet thought about yet. As a day of coordinator, Bee perfectly exectued vendor arrivals, ceremony sequence, and kept my husband and on on schedule during our reception. Before the wedding, we had three zooms to run through details. I would highly reccomend her and have already reccomended her to several friends!

To be honest I did not want to book a day of coordinator because I thought I could just handle everything and last minute I decided to book B. Literally 3 weeks before our wedding! She was super attentive. She knew things I would’ve never thought of if I would have decided to not book. She’s a life saver and she was extremely helpful and Roy and I’s day would not have been as amazing and beautiful as it was if it wasn’t for her! I would recommend her a million times! Thank you for all that you did for us B!! Your patience is very appreciated.
B was the best decision I have ever made.
To say that B is a miracle worker and a blessing is an understatement. A little background: Like many brides, I thought I could do this all on my own. However, 3 months until our wedding, I finally came to understand that I need help, and I am so lucky to have found B (or more like so lucky she never gave up in reaching out to me). My one regret is that I did not go to her sooner. If you want a wedding planner who is hard working, zero-nonsense, extremely organized, and will make you feel like their #1, B is for you. I told her when getting started that I need someone who will hand my hand as if I am a 12 yo during this whole process, and she did it. She relieved so much of my stress, was an amazing soundboard during this whole process, was my #1 advocate. She knew when to give me the "I gotchu" to the "I am going to be real with you..." I did not think I would be able to enjoy my wedding as the bride, but B made it a priority that my husband and I, as well as our entire family and all of our guests, enjoy this special day. I am so happy to say, that she did it. Everyone, including myself, had an amazing, smooth wedding day, and it was all thanks to her. I cannot vouch for B enough. Yes, she really is the best thing ever. Yes, she is really that affordable (despite all of us telling her she is under-charging). And yes, I still wish I could hire her as my life coach. Ladies (and gents): If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot emphasize my absolute adoration and love for this woman. She pulled off miracle in my eyes.
Nothing Short Of Amazing!
Britney is by far the most organized and professional coordinator I’ve ever worked with! I’ve DJ’d my fair share of weddings, and worked with a plethora of wedding coordinators. Her communication was excellent and always right on time. Transitioning from the ceremony, to the reception, to the dance portion of the evening, was as seamless as you can hope for as a DJ. It was not a pleasure to work with Britney, but an HONOR to. One thing that stood out the most and really set her apart, is that fact that she loves love. That was readily apparent in the way she carried herself and executed her responsibilities for the day. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for someone to coordinate your wedding! Seriously, look no further!
