About It Could All Be So Simple

It Could All Be So Simple

I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

I'm honest. I am not in this to make money, but simply because I love love. We will meet an unlimited amount of times— literally based on what you need from me. I enjoy serving people as my primary love language is "acts of service". If you're into Myers Briggs personality types, I am an ENTJ. If you're into zodiac signs, I am a Virgo. So you can only imagine! I am persnickety! I also have a pretty demanding full time job--so this allows me to have some fun in my life.

Let me start by saying our wedding would’ve been a disaster if Britney “B” wasn’t present to do damage control!! We had a few vendors booked that dropped the ball and Britney was right there to pick it up for us without us having to worry. Her ability to solve problems on the fly was vital to our wedding celebration. Prior to the wedding, she did a great job with keeping us organized and worked with us to structure our dream wedding. My wife and I are control freaks and were relieved to have someone in charge that took care of even the smallest detail. So much more I could say, but the proof is in her work ethic!! Thank you B!!

B is amazing. Do not let the lower price point fool you - you are getting top-tier wedding coordinating services. She is so incredibly organized, thorough, and infinitely patient. The first time we talked to her we both immediately felt a weight lifting off our shoulders, knowing that B was going to make sure everything was taken care of. She did such a great job of supporting our vision of a less traditional, more simplified wedding day but also pointed out where our vision might result in chaos or confusion and worked with us to help us make informed decisions. We had several calls in the couple of months leading up to the wedding, and she always surprised us with all of the details that she brought to our attention, all of the issues she anticipated. The day went off without a hitch - there was a moment of confusion with our officiant where she thought we didn’t have the marriage license with us and she had already tracked down the nearest FedEx and researched how to get us a copy of the license within a couple hours without even raising the alarm to us before we cleared it up to the officiant. She was completely calm and in control and kept us shielded from anything and everything to make sure all we had to do was be present and enjoy our wedding day. She had a magic bag full of anything you might need or have forgotten, from extra table numbers, to phone chargers, first aid, mending kit, hair products, etc. Several friends and family that interacted with her commented on how helpful, thoughtful, and professional she was. Bonus, she’s hilarious. And she loves what she does. We had so much fun working with her, and I can’t imagine what the process would have been like without her. Highest of recommendations - thank you B!!!

My husband and I are both savvy creatives by nature. There is never a sale that we do not catch or an item that we cannot DIY. But when it came to our wedding, we knew that we would need some help on the day of. Bee is quite possibly the best wedding coordinator we could have asked for. From day one, she was attentive and incredibly organized. She really helped us narrow down our vision and execute it. Bee filled in the gaps; she was excited when my family was not. She was also a kind listening ear, even when she didn't have to be. The day went off without a hitch and although weddings are stressful, Bee actions and coordination allowed us to be able to enjoy our day. She is kind, LGBT safe, and an absolute star. You'd be remiss to not hire her! Bee may have been hired as our coordinator, but she is now and forever apart of our community. Love you down, Bee.
