We worked with Tiffany C from Mostest. Firstly, she did all the unglamorous, necessary parts of managing vendors and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. Helped us compose a perfect run of show and checked not a single thing was forgotten. She also helped bring things to our attention where we had underthought our planned approach, helping create so many personal, special details for the eventual day. Tiffany was extremely personable and friendly and a joy to work with. Beyond the logistics, the advice on wedding etiquette and what was worth our time to focus on, she was also an island of calm with a strong perspective when details were flying like mad. On the day of she wrangled our family like a pro, setup our centerpieces, and was just generally a force of nature in being the schedule source of truth and making sure we had everything we needed to be happy all day. I cannot recommend Katie and her team at Wildflower Elegant Events enough. I also want to start this review by saying that I didn't even think I needed a coordinator. My husband brought it up, and I was like "I don't think we need one, I've got all the planning down", but then he brought up all the reasons that a day of coordinator would be helpful. Let me just say - it was the best decision we ever made!!! I don't even know what I would have done without her. She was so helpful from beginning to end and was SO much more than just a "Day of" wedding coordinator, she helped throughout the months leading up to the wedding, around the time I was so overwhelmed with planning and helped me with things I would never have even thought about. Once we agreed we needed a coordinator, I had talked to/had consultations with a lot of people, and going with Katie was the best choice I made for my wedding day. She was in our budget/price range and from our first "consultation" I could just tell that she was the right choice. It felt right away that she CARED, and I wasn't going to just be a number for her. I also wanted to find someone who had experience with Jewish weddings, and although she did have some experience with less traditional Jewish weddings, I could tell that she was going to really learn and do the wedding right (ours was a fairly traditional Conservative Jewish wedding). Needless to say, my intuition was right and she learned everything she could about the traditions we wanted to honor. Leading up to the wedding, I was struggling finding a few vendors, and was extremely anxious about it, but she helped me to find a make up artist and a baker for the cake, and both ended up being AMAZING finds. She helped me finalize and curate our timeline to perfection and communicated it to all of our other vendors, and then made sure we stuck to that timeline on the day of. She gave me advice and told me about things I wouldn't have even thought about. I filled out a little intake form with what my vision was for the wedding and she made sure it came to life to perfection. She made sure all of the traditional Jewish activities we wanted were incorporated into the timeline, and made sure the day went by seamlessly. She coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everything looked and felt exactly as we had envisioned it. She also was there for me on the day of. If I had an issue or problem, a wardrobe malfunction (my dress ripped and she had a needle and thread ready to go!), was hungry or needed a drink, was frustrated because people weren't where they needed to be before the ceremony, whatever little thing it was, she was there to fix every problem if they arose. Katie was also just a great friend and hype woman throughout the whole day. She made me feel so great and beautiful, and truly was there for me from beginning to end. If you have any doubts or questions about hiring a wedding coordinator, let me just tell you that choosing Katie and Wildflower Elegant Events is choosing an option that will make your wedding planning and wedding day stress-free and PERFECT.

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Carissa and her team at Positively Charming Weddings. She was the very first vendor I hired for my wedding, a year and a half in advance. Within the first 2 minutes of chatting with Carissa the first time, I knew we were the perfect match. She is incredibly organized, compassionate, an amazing listener, and isn’t afraid to take the lead and make decisions when necessary. She is thoughtful, calm, has a wealth of wedding industry knowledge and was able to provide personalized suggestions based on my preferences at every turn. To be honest, I was originally super nervous and anxious to hire a wedding planner, as I am a very type A person because of my job as a programs and event planner. But Carissa exceeded all expectations and truly was able to allow me to relax and enjoy my wedding weekend without a worry in the world. She was a problem solver every step of the way. For example, she offered to manually fixed my seating chart the day before the wedding and found a print shop willingly to print very specific last minute signage (both things that were my fault that they were delayed/wrong). She kept not only me, but my husband and both families on track leading up to the wedding, provided monthly checklists, was available via phone and email for my questions, and even provided bridal party itineraries the weekend of. Her and her team were incredibly easy to work with, and our other vendors and bridal party members said the exact same thing. She can work with anyone, with any personality type, and makes you feel important and heard. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you, look no further! She will make your day everything YOU want it to be. Couldn’t recommend her and her team more…I walked away with a new friend!

Trang is the most empathic, organized and tactful wedding planner I've met in a long time. While carefully looking after the wedding couple, she navigates the other vendor needs as well. I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. We hired Samantha as our "day of coordinator" as it was required by my venue. She went above and beyond the "day of" aspect and was with me from 8 months out. She would text and call to check in and ask if I needed assistance with anything. If I started to stress on something, she would handle it. As a mom, and full time student, who was buying a house, and planning a wedding, she brought ease to the wedding planning process. She had her own baby during this time as well! My reception space turned out beautiful thanks to her, her assistant and my mother-in-law's (and some family) diligent help/work. She sent me pictures of the venue space as I hid out waiting for my ceremony. She is very kind, and I think she did a great job!

It Could All Be So Simple

I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

To say that B is a miracle worker and a blessing is an understatement. A little background: Like many brides, I thought I could do this all on my own. However, 3 months until our wedding, I finally came to understand that I need help, and I am so lucky to have found B (or more like so lucky she never gave up in reaching out to me). My one regret is that I did not go to her sooner. If you want a wedding planner who is hard working, zero-nonsense, extremely organized, and will make you feel like their #1, B is for you. I told her when getting started that I need someone who will hand my hand as if I am a 12 yo during this whole process, and she did it. She relieved so much of my stress, was an amazing soundboard during this whole process, was my #1 advocate. She knew when to give me the "I gotchu" to the "I am going to be real with you..." I did not think I would be able to enjoy my wedding as the bride, but B made it a priority that my husband and I, as well as our entire family and all of our guests, enjoy this special day. I am so happy to say, that she did it. Everyone, including myself, had an amazing, smooth wedding day, and it was all thanks to her. I cannot vouch for B enough. Yes, she really is the best thing ever. Yes, she is really that affordable (despite all of us telling her she is under-charging). And yes, I still wish I could hire her as my life coach. Ladies (and gents): If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot emphasize my absolute adoration and love for this woman. She pulled off miracle in my eyes.

We cannot recommend Jackie enough! Jackie was essential in our wedding planning and coordination. She was extremely responsive, organized and proactive. If you are planning your first (and hopefully last!) wedding, go with Jackie. She has the experience, knows what she is talking about, has a great vendor list, knows what to expect and most importantly is an excellent problem solver. I felt like we were in good hands the entire time. She guided myself and my partner though logistics for the wedding day and then on the wedding day, she was proactive, did an excellent job wrangling our guests and bridal party. When the weather didn't cooperate, she took charge and helped keep things moving smoothly for us and our guests. Jackie also had excellent vendor recommendations, many of which we ended up going well and we are so happy we did. As a gay couple, it was also really important for us to partner with someone that was excited about planning a gay wedding and Jackie was not only enthusiastic but understood our vision and contributed great ideas.
