Things like martinis and cake may seem small from the outside—but we know how much meaning they can carry, especially when you've spent over a year planning. Your disappointment is valid, and we hear you. Just to offer a bit of context for future couples reading this: Mostest offers both Full-Service Planning and Day-Of (or Month-Of) Coordination. In this case, we were brought in for Month-Of, which means we join in the final weeks to help pull everything together and manage the day. It’s a great support layer, but it’s not the same as having someone there from the start making every decision alongside you like our Full-Service offering. That said, we know that even with limited scope, execution matters—and we’re always striving to do so flawlessly. We've already had some great internal conversations sparked by your feedback, and we’re rolling out some improvements to our Day-Of/Month-Of experience as a result.
