I cannot recommend Katie and her team at Wildflower Elegant Events enough. I also want to start this review by saying that I didn't even think I needed a coordinator. My husband brought it up, and I was like "I don't think we need one, I've got all the planning down", but then he brought up all the reasons that a day of coordinator would be helpful. Let me just say - it was the best decision we ever made!!! I don't even know what I would have done without her. She was so helpful from beginning to end and was SO much more than just a "Day of" wedding coordinator, she helped throughout the months leading up to the wedding, around the time I was so overwhelmed with planning and helped me with things I would never have even thought about. Once we agreed we needed a coordinator, I had talked to/had consultations with a lot of people, and going with Katie was the best choice I made for my wedding day. She was in our budget/price range and from our first "consultation" I could just tell that she was the right choice. It felt right away that she CARED, and I wasn't going to just be a number for her. I also wanted to find someone who had experience with Jewish weddings, and although she did have some experience with less traditional Jewish weddings, I could tell that she was going to really learn and do the wedding right (ours was a fairly traditional Conservative Jewish wedding). Needless to say, my intuition was right and she learned everything she could about the traditions we wanted to honor. Leading up to the wedding, I was struggling finding a few vendors, and was extremely anxious about it, but she helped me to find a make up artist and a baker for the cake, and both ended up being AMAZING finds. She helped me finalize and curate our timeline to perfection and communicated it to all of our other vendors, and then made sure we stuck to that timeline on the day of. She gave me advice and told me about things I wouldn't have even thought about. I filled out a little intake form with what my vision was for the wedding and she made sure it came to life to perfection. She made sure all of the traditional Jewish activities we wanted were incorporated into the timeline, and made sure the day went by seamlessly. She coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everything looked and felt exactly as we had envisioned it. She also was there for me on the day of. If I had an issue or problem, a wardrobe malfunction (my dress ripped and she had a needle and thread ready to go!), was hungry or needed a drink, was frustrated because people weren't where they needed to be before the ceremony, whatever little thing it was, she was there to fix every problem if they arose. Katie was also just a great friend and hype woman throughout the whole day. She made me feel so great and beautiful, and truly was there for me from beginning to end. If you have any doubts or questions about hiring a wedding coordinator, let me just tell you that choosing Katie and Wildflower Elegant Events is choosing an option that will make your wedding planning and wedding day stress-free and PERFECT.

I cannot say how much we appreciated McKenna. She was easy to get ahold of any time we needed her before the wedding and helped us think through many things we ourselves might not have thought of. We were supposed to have an outdoor wedding but the weather said otherwise. The whole week before she worked with all our vendors, the venue and us to make sure that even with the change of plans our day went perfectly. She made the whole day flow and my husband and I were able to spend the entire time just enjoying our love and the support of our family and friends. She is worth booking 100%

Tavi was truly the most incredible wedding coordinator we could have asked for. I had a backyard wedding on 9/23/23 and let me say that having a backyard wedding for 150 people is not for the faint of heart! But from the moment we hired Dream Co. things got easier. Carrie was so helpful and responsive every step of the way and it was a HUGE relief when she started coordinating and communicating with vendors directly (which was my least favorite part). On the wedding day, several things didn't go according to plan (which always happens) and Carrie and her assistant Deanna handled it seamlessly. I heard from so many people that it was the best wedding they had ever attended and I owe so much of that to Carrie and Deanna. We also had the pleasure of working with Natasha for decoration and her eye for detail was beyond words. She took piles of supplies and decor and turned the backyard into a 5-star venue. I can't recommend this company enough. They actually made my wedding day a day I could enjoy and cherish.

Trang is the most empathic, organized and tactful wedding planner I've met in a long time. While carefully looking after the wedding couple, she navigates the other vendor needs as well. Working with creatives isn't easy and as a fellow vendor who oversees the whole orchestra, she'll have excellent suggestions to bring it all together. Trang also understands how we all have specializations and saves space for us to do our thing. Her skill in providing a conducive environment for creatives is what stood out to me. I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. My husband and I are truly grateful for hiring them as part of our wedding team.

I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

To say that B is a miracle worker and a blessing is an understatement. A little background: Like many brides, I thought I could do this all on my own. However, 3 months until our wedding, I finally came to understand that I need help, and I am so lucky to have found B (or more like so lucky she never gave up in reaching out to me). My one regret is that I did not go to her sooner. If you want a wedding planner who is hard working, zero-nonsense, extremely organized, and will make you feel like their #1, B is for you. I told her when getting started that I need someone who will hand my hand as if I am a 12 yo during this whole process, and she did it. She relieved so much of my stress, was an amazing soundboard during this whole process, was my #1 advocate. She knew when to give me the "I gotchu" to the "I am going to be real with you..." I did not think I would be able to enjoy my wedding as the bride, but B made it a priority that my husband and I, as well as our entire family and all of our guests, enjoy this special day. I am so happy to say, that she did it. Everyone, including myself, had an amazing, smooth wedding day, and it was all thanks to her. I cannot vouch for B enough. Yes, she really is the best thing ever. Yes, she is really that affordable (despite all of us telling her she is under-charging). And yes, I still wish I could hire her as my life coach. Ladies (and gents): If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot emphasize my absolute adoration and love for this woman. She pulled off miracle in my eyes.
