Katelynn, Bishop and Sophia were on site for my wedding day, and coordinated it flawlessly! They did an excellent job of providing resources to make sure everything was taken care of for the day. I included decoration set up/take down services with their coordination and it made the day so easy- my family and I were fully able to relax and enjoy the day while they set up. I had the most PERFECT wedding day- I’m sure things went wrong along the way, but I never even found out about it because the eventfully designed team took care of it. Thanks to their Venue Match service, we found our dream spot—the Prospect Park Boathouse. It was exactly what we envisioned: beautiful, intimate, and full of charm. Mostest made the process so easy by narrowing down options based on our style and budget, which saved us hours of research and back-and-forth on quotes. My favorite part of the service was contract review, where they breakdown each line of the contract so nothing surprised us. We also used their Day-of Coordination, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when they recommended a Junior Coordinator too. Our wedding had two locations—ceremony and reception—and having a point person at each site was a total game-changer, so I'm glad they guided us. It meant everything ran smoothly, and I didn’t get bombarded with questions or last-minute details. The Junior Coordinator handled all the logistics at the ceremony while the lead coordinator managed things at the reception. If your budget allows it, splurge for this add on for sure. Together, they made sure every little detail was perfect. I recommend Mostest to everyone - we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing about the details. When I was nervous she kept me calm and reassured me. Megan is not only a person with great communication skills, but she's an artist in herself what she created from just a few words to this day, gosmacks me. I know this because my daughter got married and my experience for a Vow renewal even surpassed my daughters. From a photo/video perspective, it's great because they create an itinerary for us that includes what space we need to be in and what we're shooting at any given point of the day. I am pleased to share a 5/5 review on behalf of Coordinating Miracles and the owner, Howard Moseley. As the Mother-of-the-Bride, I wanted to do everything I could to help make the wedding day as magical as my daughter and son-in-law imagined. We visited their booth at the Houston Bridal Extravaganza in June 2023 and met Howard that day. We actually met and interviewed several professional coordinators and ultimately selected Howard and Coordinating Miracles. From the first meeting, Howard's experience was evident and it was clear he was all in. He has done so many weddings & events, asks great questions, listens to the answers, and brings ideas and suggestions. Even if you don't have a fully formed vision, he can guide you to get to the experience you want. Howard kept us on schedule, but yet we never felt 'rushed' - it was just a smooth experience. The day of the wedding (and even the day of the rehearsal), the Coordinating Miracles team was just incredible and so responsive. It was beehive of activity, and every detail was executed to perfection with Howard at the helm. As the MoB, I was truly able to enjoy every moment with my daughter and her attendants before the wedding. Everything came together beautifully at the wedding and reception I just cannot give enough thanks for Howard and his entire team. Our family and friends commented multiple times how kind and attentive they were. It's difficult to call out everything that they did to make the day a "miracle" - so suffice to say that we will never forget it. I'm including a few photos here, and one in particular shows Howard with my daughter and I about to walk down the aisle. Her veil got caught up with the wind and Howard made the ''save".

Jennifer .... ... took us on 3-4 venue site visits and asked the questions we did not know to ask. ... was an expert in advising us on our decor and floral decisions as we met with each vendor. ... did a contract review on our behalf, and served as a liaison between us and all the vendors. ... was a life-saver in helping us get the 'Save The Date,' wedding invitations mailed, and tracking rsvp replies. ... coordinated the planners from The Carriage House in Conroe, Tx. Jennifer even gave an extra pair of helping hands at my daughter's bridal shower. Indeed, it was extraordinary full-service experience. It was important to my daughter that the wedding be rustic, glamorous, romantic, and start on-time. We had to have frequent and clear communications between the bride and groom, each family, and us as the hosts for the wedding. I loved the timetable Jennifer prepared leading up to the wedding so that details were clear, and all wedding participants would know 'what, where and when' everything had to be done. The wedding rehearsal had its challenges, but that's why you have rehearsals! LOL Jennifer lived up to her promises to me and my daughter -- the wedding started on time and we did not have to scurry about with last minute details. My daughter's vision for a fairy tale wedding came true. Our friends and family commented how the ceremony was beautiful, the reception was fun and both were well executed! My daughter and her husband just had the most beautiful outdoor wedding at King William Park, followed by an intimate reception at Rosarios in downtown San Antonio. The entire event was seamless, thanks to the help of our wedding coordinator, Jessica O’Connor. Jessica’s organization and planning skills are off the charts! She orchestrated their dream wedding with just a couple of meetings and emails with the bride and groom, minimal communication with me, and behind-the-scenes communication with the vendors. Jessica and her assistant were present the day of the wedding and took great care to ensure everything went smoothly. I’m so grateful to her for allowing me to relax and enjoy their wedding.

We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly. Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.
