The Day Of Company offers Day Of Coordination for couples who have made (or are in the process of making) all of the plans for their wedding but would like a professional Coordinator (who also happens to be incredibly pleasant to work with) there that day to ensure those plans come together. From steaming dresses & garments to managing vendors (without being bossy) to answering questions from anyone and everyone to wrangling people for photos or transportation and so much more – we make sure all of the moving parts are managed, setup is executed, logistics are handled, items are placed and our clients & their families are enjoying the day.

We don't offer full service wedding planning - just the Day Of. Our clients make their plans and we make them happen. The Day Of offers a straightforward service at a fair price. We're flexible, easy to work with, and on top of every detail. While our focus is executing your plans and details on the Day Of, we are involved during the lead-up and would be happy to share more detail on our process.

    Joanna and the rest of the Day Of Company were incredibly friendly, capable, and easy to work with. Their professionalism made a very noticeable difference on our wedding day, helping things run smoothly and minimizing the work we had to do as a couple. Our day-of coordinator contracted covid on the eve of our wedding, but we were promptly assigned a new point of contact, Tori, who stepped in seamlessly and orchestrated everything flawlessly on our wedding day - it was very impressive! Thank you to Joanna, Tori, Liz, and the Day Of Company for making our wedding day so special!

    Working with The Day Of Company was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Our day-of coordinator, Caroline, was incredibly clear, timely, open, and friendly in all of our communications leading up to the wedding. She was incredibly considerate, organized, calm, and thoughtful throughout the planning process and during the day-of, always making sure my husband and I, as well as our families, were taken care of. Caroline was always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. We were able to speak with her multiple times before the wedding to go over the timeline and decorations in great detail, and she was very willing to help out in any way we needed. Thanks to the exceptional service from The Day Of Company, our wedding day went off without a hitch and we are so grateful for their invaluable contributions to making our special day perfect!

    Joanna and Angela at The Day Of Company were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From our very first interaction, Joanna's communication style was professional, warm, and timely. The quality of their work and value they provided was truly unparalleled - they were so organized, creative, committed, kind, and smart throughout the entire planning process. A few examples of how they contributed to our special day: Angela hand-calligraphed place cards for our head table at the last minute, and even bustled my dress so my mom could take care of my dad. Joanna was responsive, warm, and professional, clearly sharing in our excitement about our wedding. She helped us plan our timeline and brought up so many points we hadn't even thought of - we went into our wedding day feeling so prepared. My husband turned to me multiple times and said he wouldn't know what he would have done without Angela, the Day Of coordinator.
