They were impromptu mediators when my mother and i had difference of opinions and they helped SAVE my wedding dress when i had a disaster at my first alteration. These ladies are well connected and either know someone OR will find someone to solve your problem! ALL of my wedding guests were super impressed by how seamless the wedding day went and you can tell the ladies behind Blue Poppy were the conductors, orchestrating a perfect show. I would recommend these ladies to anyone and everyone. My wedding day would not have been as great as it was without Carrie, Rebekah, and Anne :)

Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Aisle Runners by far exceeded all of my expectations. From the start, Tai was extremely responsive and kept open communication on what was happening, the things that she was getting together, deadlines, and when we would meet. She made sure to be thorough, down to the very last detail, and I love details. There's so much that comes with wedding planning, things that I didn't think of, she brought to my attention. Times when I may have misunderstood what was needed for a vendor, she would clarify for me. I am so analytical, but she kept me at ease and honestly was always ahead of any worry that I may have had. On our actual wedding day, Tai and her team made us feel like VIPs. Our only duty was to enjoy our day and they made sure that everything was in place and executed ON TIME! I literally cannot believe how smoothly everything went, especially because it rained before and after our outdoor ceremony. Aisle Runners made me forget about the weather because the plan B was already worked out and I didn't have to worry about what option would be done or how (we got to do our original plan by the way). I wanted a moment alone with my husband after our ceremony and Aisle Runners made sure that we had that time and even got to eat as I've heard that most couples do not get the opportunity to do so. The professionalism of the team was unmatched. They were there when we needed them but they also were in the background allowing us to enjoy our day. I didn't know exactly all of the work the a coordinator had to do before I got married, but seeing and learning about all of the moving pieces blew me away. From start to finish, our experience with Fresh Capsule Vibes was nothing short of amazing! Right from the initial inquiry after an ISO post on Facebook, the response time was incredibly fast, and Jesse made us feel at ease with every step of the process. They were professional, approachable, and genuinely excited to be part of our special day. On the wedding day itself, Jesse and her team were a joy to work with. They kept a positive and calm energy throughout the entire day, which made us feel relaxed and confident. They were also incredibly organized, making sure we stayed on schedule for all the important moments while still capturing everything we wanted — and more! She also had a special understanding of Filipino families which I think added an extra special touch of comfort. As for the photos and video, we were absolutely blown away! Events by Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the start, our wedding planner Steph Clark was very responsive and reliable in communicating with us about all the details leading up to the big day. Steph was incredibly diligent and thorough, creating a very detailed schedule and floor plan to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the wedding day, Steph and the Events by Michelle team were instrumental in keeping the day on track and even helped with the clean-up afterwards. We are so grateful for their hard work and attention to detail - it truly made our wedding day perfect. We would give Events by Michelle a 10 out of 10 rating and highly recommend them to any couple, even if your family doesn't believe in using a wedding planner!

Teyanna was absolutely everything and more! I hired her for day of coordination, decor and florals. She exceeded my expectations. We had a South Asian Muslim wedding. She took the time to listen and understand my culture, wishes and vision. She was extremely realistic and reminded me of my budget and what I could do vs not do. I’m a project manager and extremely Type A. It’s hard to impress me, but she was not only able to impress me but was a step ahead. She and I worked on a timeline and had multiple versions to make sure everything was accounted for. She started advising me several months ahead of my wedding. I’m so grateful for her, it’s so important to have someone day of. If you’re gonna spend tens of thousands of dollars on a wedding HIRE TEYANNA so you can enjoy the day you spent so much time and money on. Teyanna and her team worked so freaking hard, more than anyone I know. I don’t think my wedding would’ve been the way it was without.
