I included decoration set up/take down services with their coordination and it made the day so easy- my family and I were fully able to relax and enjoy the day while they set up. I had the most PERFECT wedding day- I’m sure things went wrong along the way, but I never even found out about it because the eventfully designed team took care of it. We worked with Tiffany C from Mostest. Firstly, she did all the unglamorous, necessary parts of managing vendors and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. Helped us compose a perfect run of show and checked not a single thing was forgotten. She also helped bring things to our attention where we had underthought our planned approach, helping create so many personal, special details for the eventual day. Tiffany was extremely personable and friendly and a joy to work with. Beyond the logistics, the advice on wedding etiquette and what was worth our time to focus on, she was also an island of calm with a strong perspective when details were flying like mad. On the day of she wrangled our family like a pro, setup our centerpieces, and was just generally a force of nature in being the schedule source of truth and making sure we had everything we needed to be happy all day. Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

I don’t know about you but when I was planning my own wedding, I had so many Pinterest board dreams but not a huge budget to do them all and had no idea where to start. Aisle Runners by far exceeded all of my expectations. From the start, Tai was extremely responsive and kept open communication on what was happening, the things that she was getting together, deadlines, and when we would meet. She made sure to be thorough, down to the very last detail, and I love details. There's so much that comes with wedding planning, things that I didn't think of, she brought to my attention. Times when I may have misunderstood what was needed for a vendor, she would clarify for me. I am so analytical, but she kept me at ease and honestly was always ahead of any worry that I may have had. On our actual wedding day, Tai and her team made us feel like VIPs. Our only duty was to enjoy our day and they made sure that everything was in place and executed ON TIME! I literally cannot believe how smoothly everything went, especially because it rained before and after our outdoor ceremony. Aisle Runners made me forget about the weather because the plan B was already worked out and I didn't have to worry about what option would be done or how (we got to do our original plan by the way). I wanted a moment alone with my husband after our ceremony and Aisle Runners made sure that we had that time and even got to eat as I've heard that most couples do not get the opportunity to do so. The professionalism of the team was unmatched. They were there when we needed them but they also were in the background allowing us to enjoy our day. I didn't know exactly all of the work the a coordinator had to do before I got married, but seeing and learning about all of the moving pieces blew me away. Events by Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the start, our wedding planner Steph Clark was very responsive and reliable in communicating with us about all the details leading up to the big day. Steph was incredibly diligent and thorough, creating a very detailed schedule and floor plan to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the wedding day, Steph and the Events by Michelle team were instrumental in keeping the day on track and even helped with the clean-up afterwards. We are so grateful for their hard work and attention to detail - it truly made our wedding day perfect. We truly had the most incredible experience with our planner, Kay. She stepped in two months out from our wedding and took over every piece of communication, coordinated everything behind the scenes, and ensured that everything was 100% ready before our wedding day. On our wedding weekend she was absolutely incredible. She was so thorough and efficient in coordinating each piece of our day. She was so patient and understanding and handled things head on as they happened. She made sure everything went perfectly to plan and our timelines were executed perfectly. She was absolutely amazing, and is very talented at Coordinating, an amazing hairstylist, make-up artist and overall SERVANT to the bride. When you think of your wedding, all you can hope for is nothing will go wrong, and if it does, it will be small. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel.
