Tai was instrumental in ensuring our wedding went smoothly. Despite COVID hurdles, she made sure the day was absolutely PERFECT. I cannot speak more highly of her attentiveness, organization, and know-how. She made sure even the smallest details were addressed; all of our vendors and wedding guests received clear instructions about what to expect throughout the entire day. Multiple locations and vendors, a wedding full of only out-of-town wedding guests, and months of planning agendas were easily handled by the incomparable Tai. Thank you for being the best thing I did for myself for my wedding day! I have a tendency to go into "work mode" for events, and having you there allowed me to actually enjoy the day. I was fully present and having a great time thanks to you. I cannot say, "Thank you," enough!!

I've worked with the Cardi Elegant team for multiple weddings now, and they are best of the best. They put together a packet that has everything we need to know for the day. From a photo/video perspective, it's great because they create an itinerary for us that includes what space we need to be in and what we're shooting at any given point of the day. They also make sure our crew has enough time to eat comfortably. We've never had a need to rush through things at their weddings which helps us serve the clients better. We'd work with them again and again.

WOW!!! I don't even know where to start with Tara Blackwell from Lotus Events. I first want to start by saying there would be absolutely no way we would have gotten through this time without her. Anytime I had a question (even 11 months out) she provided a quick response. As it got closer to the wedding, she made herself readily available to meet us or join us for meetings. This was extremely important since we were getting married outside of where we lived. I have been in many weddings who have wedding planners and Tara has hands down been the best. Even everyone in my wedding party, family, etc loved her and respected her. The way she can take charge and control of situations while still being calm and composed is amazing. It is exactly what a Bride needs on her wedding day. I think it is one of the main reasons I was able to remain so calm and still enjoy, even when our rehearsal was completely rained out and were unable to practice before the big day. I knew she had everything under control. I also cannot fail to mention how well she knew her stuff. There was not a question I asked where she did not have a well thought out and helpful answer. Also, another huge thing is my husband even loved her as much as I did. She was the perfect balance of both of us, so was able to communicate on both our levels which was great. We had planned to manage the day-of ourself using friends & family, and we are so glad we didn't! We did the middle package "Crunch Planning" which starts 4 months out. Adaobi helped us manage the budget and find vendors that worked within our budget that still fulfilled our vision of the day. The day of help was tremendous - they worked with the vendors to confirm details, ensuring furniture and games arrived & were set-up as directed. The house is so beautifully decorated and there's so much detail every section you look.
