I founded UnBiehlievable Weddings & Events with one goal in mind: to design and produce creative and unforgettable events for every occasion. From small intimate affairs to large-scale parties, I strive to execute events that not only aim to impress, but also create unique experiences for our clients and their guests that last long after the fun is over.
It’s all in the details! Whether I am helping plan from the beginning or I come in on the day of to help make your vision come alive. My goal is to make sure your big day is stress free and UnBiehlievable! You and your family should enjoy this big moment and leave the rest to me.

| Description | Full Wedding planning starts min 8- 10 months prior to the wedding date. I will be by your side every step of the way. Helping with finding vendors, meeting them, planning theme, colors, decor ideas, all the way up to the day of the wedding. It will include 2 hrs for a wedding rehearsal and starts with 8 hrs of day of coordination. All packages can be customized to best fit your needs and budget. | Partial Wedding planning starts 3-4 months prior to the wedding date. I help ensure you are staying on time with deadlines and wrap up all those last minute details that sometimes get lost in the mix. It includes 2 hrs for a wedding rehearsal and starts at 8 hrs for day of coordination. All Packages can be customized to best fit your needs and budget. Please note decor set-up and take down is available for an additional fee. | Day of coordination package starts about 4 weeks prior to the wedding day. We meet to discuss all details of the wedding and vendors. A detailed schedule is created and used on the wedding day. I also become the point of contact for all vendors. It includes 2 hrs for a wedding rehearsal and starts at 8 hrs for the wedding day itself. All packages can be customized to best fit your needs and budget. |

We couldn’t have done it without her
We seriously can’t recommend Megan enough. She was an absolute lifesaver for us, I literally can’t and refuse to imagine what it would have looked like without her. We got hit with a winter storm and rain on our wedding day with an outdoor ceremony, but she handled everything amazingly, keeping things running smoothly and making sure our day was absolutely perfect. From the start, she was amazing to work with—so organized, super personable, and always on top of everything. She makes it clear that she truly cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. She was a great advocate for us, and as my maid of honor said on wedding day “Megan is on fire”.

We cannot thank Megan enough for the incredible job she did planning our cruise wedding in the Bahamas! From the very first conversation, Megan went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our special day was perfect. Best Wedding Ever
OMG!!! The wedding was SO amazing!!! Everything was on time! It was so much fun. If there were any problems, none of us knew about it. It was the smoothest wedding I have ever attended! This is who I would want to do my event!
Best decision!
Our wedding was in June, and we had gone back and forth about getting a wedding coordinator before finding Megan and booking her as our day of coordinator. She was hands down the best decision we could have made. I honestly don’t know how our wedding would have happened without her. From the very first consult, she was very easy to talk to and informative. She did walk throughs of the venue with me, even though it was over an hour drive away and was there to help with running through a rehearsal the day before the wedding. The thing I liked best was her ability to understand my wants and expectations and to tell some family members “no” in a respectful way. It was very reassuring to know someone had my back. She was super available and responsive through the whole process and went above and beyond on the day of. Despite some hiccups, Megan was able to make sure we stayed on time and were fed and looked after on the day of. She also took some beautiful pictures throughout the day, which were better than my photographers in some cases. You won’t be disappointed in choosing Megan as your wedding coordinator!
