I founded UnBiehlievable Weddings & Events with one goal in mind: to design and produce creative and unforgettable events for every occasion. From small intimate affairs to large-scale parties, I strive to execute events that not only aim to impress, but also create unique experiences for our clients and their guests that last long after the fun is over.

It’s all in the details! Whether I am helping plan from the beginning or I come in on the day of to help make your vision come alive. My goal is to make sure your big day is stress free and UnBiehlievable! You and your family should enjoy this big moment and leave the rest to me.

Description

Full Wedding planning starts min 8- 10 months prior to the wedding date. I will be by your side every step of the way. Helping with finding vendors, meeting them, planning theme, colors, decor ideas, all the way up to the day of the wedding. It will include 2 hrs for a wedding rehearsal and starts with 8 hrs of day of coordination. All packages can be customized to best fit your needs and budget.

Partial Wedding planning starts 3-4 months prior to the wedding date. I help ensure you are staying on time with deadlines and wrap up all those last minute details that sometimes get lost in the mix. It includes 2 hrs for a wedding rehearsal and starts at 8 hrs for day of coordination. All Packages can be customized to best fit your needs and budget. Please note decor set-up and take down is available for an additional fee.

Day of coordination package starts about 4 weeks prior to the wedding day. We meet to discuss all details of the wedding and vendors. A detailed schedule is created and used on the wedding day. I also become the point of contact for all vendors. It includes 2 hrs for a wedding rehearsal and starts at 8 hrs for the wedding day itself. All packages can be customized to best fit your needs and budget.

    OMG!!! The wedding was SO amazing!!! Everything was on time! It was so much fun. If there were any problems, none of us knew about it. It was the smoothest wedding I have ever attended! This is who I would want to do my event!

    Our wedding was in June, and we had gone back and forth about getting a wedding coordinator before finding Megan and booking her as our day of coordinator. She was hands down the best decision we could have made. I honestly don’t know how our wedding would have happened without her. From the very first consult, she was very easy to talk to and informative. She did walk throughs of the venue with me, even though it was over an hour drive away and was there to help with running through a rehearsal the day before the wedding. The thing I liked best was her ability to understand my wants and expectations and to tell some family members “no” in a respectful way. It was very reassuring to know someone had my back. She was super available and responsive through the whole process and went above and beyond on the day of. Despite some hiccups, Megan was able to make sure we stayed on time and were fed and looked after on the day of. She also took some beautiful pictures throughout the day, which were better than my photographers in some cases. You won’t be disappointed in choosing Megan as your wedding coordinator!

    I was amazed by Megan Biehl and UnBiehlievable Weddings. Above and beyond wedding planner, so professional and kind. Megan carefully listened to my husband and me. She created a dream wedding/10-year vow renewal for us. Her communication was excellent. Each suggestion she made worked into making our experience full of joy and beauty. When I was nervous she kept me calm and reassured me. Megan is not only a person with great communication skills, but she's an artist in herself what she created from just a few words to this day, gosmacks me. From the vendors she recommended I am so grateful to the location. She is filtered to the absolute best experience for a bride and groom possible in our area. I know this because my daughter got married and my experience for a Vow renewal even surpassed my daughters. Honestly getting a wedding planner is totally worth it and you will never regret using it takes the pressure off. UnBiehlievable Weddings it is a class above. I'm serious about that. My heart was full from just seeing the flowers the venue the experience was sublime. The flowers were gorgeous so fresh and beautiful. The food really delicious. The location a treasure a fairytale that good ,thanks for that suggestion Megan. the DJ Scottish Roy was a gift and the extremely talented, Jacqueline, absolutely beautiful photographs. The photographer and her team were great to work with she suggested to us. I’m so glad Megan gave me that tip, but I know she can do any location and that girl has talent. You will never regret getting her, if our family ever has any big events and weddings we're going to be using UnBiehlievable Weddings. Stop and hire this person I’m serious, you won’t regret it.     I can’t put into words how Megan was able to make sure everything ran so smoothly on my wedding day! The only time I had anxiety was just knowing today’s the day! Other than that she made sure everything went as it should have gone! Thank you so much for making sure my day was perfect! I really couldn’t have done it with out your help!
