Q: Where is Gathered Wedding Planning based out of?

We are currently based out of Chattanooga, TN but loveeee to travel if you are wanting us to coordinate the week of your wedding :)

Q: What if I have met my capacity of meetings for the month but a question/problem has popped up and I need more guidance?

You can add an extra virtual meeting to your package for $200 an hour. With all the packages, you get unlimited emails with your planner. Our planners strive to respond within 24 hours during the weekdays.

Q: Is the cost of travel included in the cost of the coordination package?

No, travel costs and accommodations for our team will be an additional expense.

Q: What does the Gathered Wedding Planning process look like?

1. Fill out the contact form here to inquire with me. 2. Schedule a consultation call to see if we are a good fit 3. Sign contract & pay deposit (one time payment due at signing or first monthly payment due at signing) 4. Schedule your first call and start planning your dream wedding!

Q: Can I add the day of coordination package closer to my wedding date?

Yes, the coordination package can be added on up until 90 days before your event. Although we recommend adding the coordination package as soon as possible in case our staff needs to book flights & accommodations!

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

Our packages can either be paid up front with a one-time payment or by month. If you pay up-front, it is cheaper then paying month to month.

By working with a virtual wedding planner, you gain the flexibility to connect and communicate from anywhere, eliminating the need for in-person meetings and allowing us to connect more regularly and intentionally. Gathered Wedding Planning was an invaluable partner in planning my wedding. She expertly coordinated with vendors and family members on my behalf, allowing me to truly enjoy my special day knowing everything was in good hands. The quality of Bailey’s work was exceptional - she brought immense skill and care to ensuring my vision came to life seamlessly. From decor to timeline management, Bailey handled every last detail with precision and heart. My only regret is not hiring her for the welcome party as well! I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day thanks to Bailey’s thorough planning and graceful handling of any issues that came up. When it was time to leave, my bag was packed in the get away car with dessert and drinks! I highly recommend Gathered - they genuinely care and deliver exceptional service that is worth every penny.
