Lindsay has been in the events industry for years and has overseen hundreds of successful events. Her attention to detail and ability to handle any situation that arises with grace and ease allows her couples to relax and enjoy their wedding day. Lindsay not only plans weddings for our Simply Elegant couples but also trains our entire team of planners to ensure that every Simply Elegant wedding is flawless and our client's vision is fulfilled.

We help you celebrate that love in a stress-free and present way (and we’ll even save you some money along the way.) Our mission is to help you celebrate your love in a way that you love and with stress and overwhelm. After more than fifteen years in the business, and 4,500+ weddings under our collective belt, we have become the go-to wedding planning team for couples looking for a stress-free planning experience + joyful wedding day. Think of us as advocates for your wedding vision (who happen to be the highest-level experts) who will never leave your side.

Description

If you want an expert by your side every step of the process, choose this option. From the moment you sign with us until your marriage license is in the mail, we’ll be by your side to collaborate, make decisions, and see to it that your plans are executed perfectly down to the very last detail.

With this package, we work alongside you to best support you through the planning process. This package also includes a budget meeting, two timeline meetings, and support with the design of your wedding. In addition, we join you on your wedding day to support you for 10 hours to be certain the plans we made together go off without a hitch!

60 days before your wedding day, we are there to walk through the details and your venue with you. We will work with you to determine your timeline-- assuring that every detail is carefully aligned for your special day. On the day of your wedding, two planners will be there to support you for 10 hours so that you can relax and be present to enjoy the moment!

    If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, or feel like it may not be worth the investment - let me assure you it is worth it and more! Working with the SEG team was an instant relief from the moment we started working with them. Lindsay, Lisa and Ashley from the operations side were SO helpful getting us set up and understand the process and when we met our coordinator, Melody, I knew I made the right choice!! Melody helped us not only stay organized, but assisted us in tough conversations with vendors and brought our wedding day vision to life. She helped us understand industry standards and answered all of our many questions. Having her experience and industry knowledge made us feel so much more comfortable. Every minute detail was captured and accounted for, every minute of the day planned and everything perfectly executed the day of! As a more organized person I thought I could do it all myself but having Melody there to handle things leading up and day of was such a huge help to ensure we had a stress free and amazing experience getting to enjoy our wedding. I am so glad we made the decision to use SEG for our day of coordination!! I can't recommend them enough!

    Our experience with Alex, with the simply elegant group, was beyond our expectations! Not only did our guests rave about her, but so did all our vendors who worked with her! One of them saying “she was the best wedding coordinator that she had ever worked with”. She was prompt, professional, and so much fun to have by my side on our big day!     We worked with Valerie Horstmann and her input in our wedding days and entire planning process were significant. She found a wonderful venue, advised flower vendor and a great officiant. Valerie saved us tons of time and took the majority of our stress. She initiated calls with us to keep everything updated. At the wedding day she did the best job, when I and my husband were enjoying our day with our quests. I think asking wedding planners help is a great idea for couples who doesn't want to be freaked out with all these little details in the wedding process. We are very thankful to The Simply Elegant Group and Valerie Horstmann for be with us all this period! Thank you so much!
