Additionally, every couple, no matter the planning tier, receives access to a customized planning dashboard with a full design studio, customized checklists, budget tracking and RSVP tracking. However, If there was one decision that changed everything for us, it was hiring Katelynn and her team at Eventfully Designed. From the very beginning, she made it clear that we weren’t just another couple on her schedule—she genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. She saw the stress we were under and, more importantly, she knew exactly how to take that burden off of us. We booked the 30-day coordination service, and I cannot put into words how life-saving those final weeks were. Katelynn didn’t just step in—she took over in the best way possible. She handled every vendor conversation, checked every detail, and ensured that nothing was missed. But what truly set her apart was her uncanning ability to read the room and maintain peace when emotions ran high. Weddings bring so many personalities together, and at times, it felt like things could unravel. But she saw the tension before it even surfaced. She knew how to defuse situations with grace, how to keep everyone on track, and how to make sure that no matter what was happening behind the scenes, my husband and I felt protected.     Katelynn and Bishop made my wedding stress free and executed everything perfectly and professionally. I did the partial wedding planning and guided me through my year long engagement with recommendations and always quick to respond. Month of she took over everything and made me able to enjoy the time leading up to my wedding and my big day! Our wedding was days after a snowstorm and she still was able to pull it all off and reassure every step. Eventfully Designed also did all our florals and decor rentals and it was like she took what was in my brain and made it a reality. With a reasonable price. If you are looking for a planner she is your girl - you won’t be disappointed! I was so happy to have had Katelynn and her team, and created the most beautiful florals and bouquets!

    Katelynn, Bishop and Sophia were on site for my wedding day, and coordinated it flawlessly! They did an excellent job of providing resources to make sure everything was taken care of for the day. I included decoration set up/take down services with their coordination and it made the day so easy- my family and I were fully able to relax and enjoy the day while they set up. I had the most PERFECT wedding day- I’m sure things went wrong along the way, but I never even found out about it because the eventfully designed team took care of it. They are so kind and I owe them a huge thanks for making my day go so smoothly!
