Hiring Raquel was far and away the best wedding planning decision we made. We chose her month-of package for our October wedding after attending a wedding she coordinated in June and she seamlessly incorporated herself into our process as we finalized everything with all of our vendors and was instrumental in the weekend itself going off without a hitch. She served as a sounding board and expert opinion throughout the end stages of the planning process, took on the tasks that I was dreading handling myself (timeline creation, to name one!), and asked thoughtful questions that hadn't even occurred to me. If there was an issue, I felt confident going into the wedding day that Raquel would be able to resolve it, and she didn't disappoint! From alcohol snafus to the threat of rain, from picture-dirty shoes to an unraveling bowtie, she tackled it all without batting an eye so that we could enjoy our day. Our wedding wouldn't have been what it was without her and we'll always be grateful to her for helping make our dreams come true!

Working with Miranda, Raquel, and Kylie was a true pleasure. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. I'd recommend Start Rose Creations to family and friends for any event.

Angel made our wedding dreams come alive! I purchased most of the decor myself and put it in boxes which she picked up from our home and she set up everything better than I could have imagined. I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. I would first like to say, that I'm very honored to provide this review for Eileen Smith. She was absolutely the best to work with! I'm still in awe of how she pulled off my wedding in less than three months. With that said, here's why I feel this way. I was contracted with the Italian Center in Stamford, CT to have my wedding on August 26, 2023, in their summer tent. I knew there would be some work required to bring my vision to fruition, so I hired what I thought was a "wedding planner". This individual turned out to be a "party decorator", which I quickly realized, as soon as I spoke with Eileen, is a big difference from an experienced and professional Wedding Planner. The "party decorator" had no idea of all the intricate details required for a wedding. As the days grew close to my date, I was in complete shambles, frustrated and defeated. My wedding was going to be disaster! I could feel depression setting in, so I just started Googling every wedding planner in the tri-state (NY, NJ & CT) area. Most were already booked for the summer and not accepting any new gigs. I had called so many planners that my head was spinning, but I remember one agreed to speak with me on a Sunday afternoon in June. When she called me, she asked me to tell her what was going on. I started to explain my situation and the time constraint I was under. The first thing Eileen said to me was, "I'm so sorry you're going through this, so close to your wedding". It brought me to tears then, just as it's doing right now. I immediately felt like she cared and was going to rescue me. After some discussions, I hired Eileen and she took off from that point. She met with the venue representative several times, had countless calls and email communication with her to ensure I received the best service they could provide. She then informed me (unlike the "party decorator"), that the tent was way too big for my 100 guests and needed to be closed in. She had a decorator come in to drape off the tent which gave it a more intimate look. We then work with what I consider to be one of the coolest florist around. They absolutely understood the assigment. The centerpieces for the table were tall with white flowers, just how I envisioned it and the pillars of flowers at the altar were phenomenal. Everyone is still talking about how beautiful everthing was til this day. I could not have planned a better wedding if I started two years prior. Eileen stayed close to me throughout the entire process. She made sure all the vendors had their COI and performed the services they were hired for. Eileen packed up my husbands SUV at the end of the night with the two slices of cake I asked her to save for me. I would recommend her for her caring first, her professionalism and attention to detail. She definitely rescued my me!

We hired Carin to coordinate a complex wedding with a lot of custom elements designed by us and our friends and family. She did an incredible job - our guests all told us what a great time they had, and how much they loved our choices - but the execution was all Carin. Before the wedding, she listened to what we wanted and made sure to ask us everything she needed to know. Then, as the day got close, we didn't have to worry even a bit. Carin handled it all and we were able to concentrate on the ceremony. She did a great job reading the room and figuring out the logistics at the same time, so that from arrival to ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner, to dancing, the evening had a flow that felt organic and natural. Us newlyweds and our guests barely had to think at all. But it was because of Carin's thoughtful and sharp coordination that it felt this way. She was keeping it running behind the scenes, making all the right calls as things came up, like a trusted general in the field. It's hard to express how happy we are with how it all turned out. We'll remember this wedding the rest of our lives, and we got to do it our way, but with a level of professionalism and execution we never could have achieved by ourselves. There's not a lot of coordinators who can do that - who can honor the vision entirely but put all the pieces together. Carin made it happen. (PS - we also hired Carin's partner, Jacob, as our wedding DJ - he did a great job too, reading the room, keeping the party going, and working seamlessly with Carin to keep the flow of the party. They book separately, and you could always choose your own DJ, but we recommend Jacob highly and were glad we went with him.)

Where to begin? Hiring Emily was easily the best investment for our wedding. We had a 160 person event and hired Luna and Charlie for the “month-of” wedding management package starting 8 weeks ahead of the event. Emily and her team made the entire planning process so much easier through their event-planning expertise, creativity, quick responsiveness, and attention to detail. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Emily took a tremendous amount of stress off of us by providing constant communication and support. A day-of-coordinator is one of the last wedding vendors I considered, and working with Cindy made me wish I booked her right after getting engaged! Despite her busy schedule during peak wedding season, she always ensured that I, my now husband, and parents felt heard and received her full attention. The night before my wedding, a vendor reached out with a timing concern that would have led me to panic had it not been for Cindy, who solved the issue without my having to give it a second thought, leading to the ceremony entrance that my husband and I dreamed of. The day of my wedding, Cindy and Caroline immediately brought a sense of calm and joy when my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, and were on top of little wrinkles that arose in the plan, such as when a transportation vendor didn’t show up. I hadn’t realized that there would be so many wedding items to keep track of (vendor gratuities, favors, signs, toasting flutes, etc etc etc), but Cindy and Caroline ensured that all these things were set up correctly at the venue, and packed up at the end of the night. Overall, it is hard to imagine how the day would have gone without them. They were unquestionably an essential part of how we were able to enjoy some calm and lots of fun during our wedding day, and we are so grateful to them!

During the wedding weekend, I cannot stress enough the importance of having the Beckerman Planning team on-site. From setup until breakdown, the team was working non-stop to help us have the perfect wedding. The team was there setting up and ensuring that every vendor brought everything that was contracted and everything was in perfect order. Including staying late the night before to ensure a vendor fixed a major mistake with our seating chart. On the day of the event, it felt like magic how everything was just done before we could even think about it. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our day, not having to worry about ANYTHING. Garbriella even taught all the Groomsmen how to put on their boutonnieres!!! The schedule Garbriella put together was a lifesaver, and even better was her ability to ensure everyone was in the right place at the right time. We could seriously go on all day about the amazing things this team did for us, down to every little detail. Garbriella made sure throughout the day that we were not stressing or worrying. She happily jumped in at a moments notice to any and every request we had without hesitation. Going above and beyond is an understatement to the dedication the Beckerman Planning team brings to your event. We were ecstatic to get back to the Airbnb and find that Garbriella had already been there - with all of our leftover pizza waiting for us for a late night snack. The Beckerman Planning team even continued to work after our event to make sure everything was accounted for, we were not overcharged, and checking in on how we felt. Garbriella is truly a superstar and if you want the wedding or event of the year, she’s the one to hire to make that happen!
