Welcome to Hannah Newton Events - A boutique wedding and event planning company based in Southern, CT. With over 10 years experience planning and producing events, we’re passionate about making your unique vision come to life. Whether you’ve just said “Yes” or you’ve booked all of your vendors and you’re looking for wedding day-of management, we are here to fully understand your priorities and ensure your day runs smoothly. We serve ALL couples in CT, NY, NJ and destinations.

With a background in hospitality and running busy event departments with multiple Michelin-starred Chefs in New York City, Hannah has a unique perspective, which allows her to understand the needs of not only a wide variety of clients and families, but also catering and all of your vendors. You will always receive quick responses and honest feedback, but ultimately every final decision will be yours and fully supported. To us, logistics, guest experience and positive energy are everything, because if your guests are happy, you will be relaxed, present and fully able to enjoy your day!

    Hannah Newton Events is a fantastic wedding planning company to work with. Their communication is very accurate and timely, which is crucial when planning a wedding. The team pays close attention to details, is flexible and cooperative, and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Hannah herself is warm-hearted and incredibly patient, I am also a wedding vendor, florist. I've seen her while I'm working with her, helping not only countless wedding couples' wedding day flow smoothly despite any complications or intricacies but also wedding vendors. Even when I was working for her wedding flowers on her wedding day, she was patient and looked after her vendors. She is always willing to assist in every situation, no matter how complex. I highly recommend Hannah Newton Events to any couple planning their special day.

    My new husband and I couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Hannah as our day-of-coordinator. Our wedding party and families were also so impressed with how she managed our day, and how she did so with a genuine and positive attitude. Whether Hannah was putting out little fires or helping wrangle family for photos, she stayed professional and upbeat. As a type-A bride (& groom, he was the one who made the spreadsheets!) Hannah brought so much experience to the table, helped us prepare even more, and made sure our carefully thought-out vision came to life. From carrying my train, to trimming the stems of my bouquet, adjusting our floor plan based on caterer's observations, and getting all the guests seated, Hannah helped us feel calm and confident that everything would be wonderful. She was easy to talk to, highly knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced for how much she accomplished for us. But ultimately, what makes Hannah special is how much she truly cares about the couples she works with. We never felt like just a task to complete. Hannah was there for us and wanted our day to be incredible as much as we did. Thank you for everything!

    Hannah Newton was an absolute rockstar day of coordinator. Hannah took care of everything so my husband and I could fully relax and enjoy our special day. She managed any problems that came up with ease, her communication was quick and no-nonsense but still so warm and kind, and she was extremely flexible when plans needed to change. I threw 100 spreadsheets at her and she handled everything beyond our expectations. We had the best day ever thanks to Hannah's trustworthy and reliable expertise. She is simply fantastic and I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough!!!!!
