With over 10 years experience planning and producing events, we’re passionate about making your unique vision come to life. Whether you’ve just said “Yes” or you’ve booked all of your vendors and you’re looking for wedding day-of management, we are here to fully understand your priorities and ensure your day runs smoothly. We serve ALL couples in CT, NY, NJ and destinations.

With a background in hospitality and running busy event departments with multiple Michelin-starred Chefs in New York City, Hannah has a unique perspective, which allows her to understand the needs of not only a wide variety of clients and families, but also catering and all of your vendors. You will always receive quick responses and honest feedback, but ultimately every final decision will be yours and fully supported. To us, logistics, guest experience and positive energy are everything, because if your guests are happy, you will be relaxed, present and fully able to enjoy your day!

I cannot stress this enough - hire Hannah. She was absolutely flawless. My husband and I hired her 6 months prior to our wedding, when we still had literally zero vendors and not a clue. Hannah found us our venue, photographer, band, lighting, florals, and entertainment; we loved every single one of them and so did our guests. Hannah was incredibly detail oriented and always available to speak to us about anything wedding related, from making sure that our save the dates were mailed out (she found that vendor, too) to answering our 12am just-popped-into-our-head series of questions, she was a total champ. She is also a skilled mother whisperer, which is no small feat. Hannah went so above and beyond during our wedding planning that, day of, my husband and I were completely stress free, and the event(s) went off without a hitch! I had always envisioned that my wedding would be filled with chaos and anxiety just by the nature of hosting multiple events, some of which had close to 200 guests, but it was a completely carefree experience punctuated only with great memories. Hannah also made sure that anything we wanted to keep from our wedding found its way into our hotel room before we did later that night, so that my husband and I didn't have to worry about returning to the venue after our afterparty or the following day. Even after our wedding, Hannah was communicating with us and our vendors to tie up any loose strings. The level of service we received is unmatched, and we are so grateful to have found Hannah - I could literally go on and on about how much of a saint she is and have not stopped recommending her to my friends/acquaintances who are about to be or currently in the throes of planning a major event/wedding.

Where to begin with Hannah? We knew her through her husband; my husband and I are musicians, and her husband Jimmy is a drummer I’ve known for years. My husband and I met in a wedding band and have played more than 400 weddings together, so we knew exactly what we wanted and that having a coordinator or planner is a nonnegotiable if you want a seamless event where you do not have to stress. Hannah was able to anticipate issues we did not think of, create a perfect timeline, coordinate vendors, troubleshoot problems on the spot, and keep the timeline flowing ON TIME so we could enjoy our wedding. We believe Hannah was some of the best money spent. You will be in great hands with Hannah Newton Events, and we highly recommend her for all of your event planning needs.

Working with Hannah Newton Events for our wedding planning was an absolute dream. From the very first interaction, her communication was consistent, reliable, and incredibly fast - she was always quick to respond to our questions and requests. Hannah Newton Events is a fantastic wedding planning company to work with. Their communication is very accurate and timely, which is crucial when planning a wedding. The team pays close attention to details, is flexible and cooperative, and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Hannah herself is warm-hearted and incredibly patient, I am also a wedding vendor, florist. I've seen her while I'm working with her, helping not only countless wedding couples' wedding day flow smoothly despite any complications or intricacies but also wedding vendors. Even when I was working for her wedding flowers on her wedding day, she was patient and looked after her vendors. She is always willing to assist in every situation, no matter how complex.
