We have built a dream team of highly skilled individuals trained in hospitality, client + vendor relations, and event design. Finding creative solutions is our most prized asset. (We work with hundreds of vendors, there is always a solution!) We offer Day-of Coordination, Partial Planning, and Full Planning. As well as curated packages for Event Design + Florals. Greenhouse Events is a wedding planning company servicing New York City, Hudson Valley, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Poconos Mountains PA.

Angel and her team at Greenhouse Events are, indeed, angels. Both of my sons were married this year and she handled both of them seamlessly. It was so great to be able to just enjoy the evenings without a worry.

Truly the best wedding planner anyone could ask for. My now husband and I went into our first planning call telling Angel that we wanted a beautiful classy wedding/dance party but wanted to put in minimal effort in the planning. She truly came through and even helped plan our rehearsal dinner & was day of coordinator for that as well!! She was transparent and helpful every step of the way.Truly the best wedding planner anyone could ask for. My now husband and I went into our first planning call telling Angel that we wanted a beautiful classy wedding/dance party but wanted to put in minimal effort in the planning. She truly came through and even helped plan our rehearsal dinner & was day of coordinator for that as well!! She was transparent and helpful every step of the way. She even took a TON of behind the scenes photos and videos, which was incredibly since we didn't hire a videographer but wanted the candid moments captured. 10/10 would recommend

We booked for both florals and planning. We could not be more grateful to Angel for her unbelievable help. When beginning to plan our wedding, we had some vague ideas of what we liked, but were not completely sure. Despite only advertising as a 3 month planner, Angel helped us from the day we booked with her (a little under a year and a half before our wedding). She recommended amazing vendors, let us run ideas and questions by her at any time, and helped us craft the most beautiful day. We intentionally decided that florals would be lower on our list of priorities and expenses. Angel also does florals through Greenhouse Events, and she showed us beautiful photos and had the most reasonable prices of any florist we had met. I had a few requests for florals: namely, I wanted a few peonies for my bouquet in November, and gave a few other types of flowers I'd love to see. Peonies are not in season in November in North America, so I knew it might be difficult. Flash forward to our wedding: Angel had everything so detailed and organized, and everything moved so seamlessly. She absolutely blew us away with her decor and florals. It probably looked like a wedding that would have spent triple what we actually did on florals based on the STUNNING flowers. When I asked for a few peonies, she delivered literal buckets of peonies. Everyone was talking to us about how stunning the decor was, and we couldn't agree more. Angel really picked up on what we did and didn't like, helped us identify the most important parts of the day, and made sure we felt special and taken care of with little things we wouldn't think of already planned for in advance. She also kept everything running smoothly but in a relaxed way that was not pushy or frustrating for guests, and kept us on schedule while allowing for extra time for things as they came up. We could not recommend Angel any more highly. She is truly a lifesaver and made our day unbelievably special and perfect.

Greenhouse handled both our flowers and day-of coordination for our wedding. We thought Angel Greenhouse Events handled these aspects really well. Angel was very thoughtful with what types of flowers to incorporate based on our color interests and the available flowers based on the season. The flowers tablescape results were beautiful and right out of our dreams; we are still hearing from family and friends about how stunning the floral arrangements were for both the ceremony and reception. Angel also did a tremendous job helping us with planning along the way - especially when we had difficulties with our original caterer, she helped advise us and secured us a new caterer just six month before our event. Day-of Angel was great at stepping in and mediating situations effectively, she really kept everyone aligned on our vision. Overall, Angel’s problem-solving skills and passion for creating our perfect day were a big asset - Greenhouse Events is a great choice, especially if you want someone who can help keep things steady when bumps arise along the way during your planning.
