Delaney did such an amazing job running the show at my wedding! We had a lot of set-up that she executed for us perfectly, and some quirky timeline/vendor things that she managed really seamlessly. We had rain, which was a little stressful, but she helped keep us calm and deal with the changes in the timeline/plan that occurred as a result. She was right there when we needed her, all night, with a smile on her face. She was the perfect balance of "going with the flow" when things came up but also getting things done in an efficient and organized way. She had an answer or idea for any dilemma that came up, and we definitely utilized a lot of her suggestions. Would 100% recommend her!

Booking The Day Of Company was probably one of the best wedding decisions we made! We felt so at ease knowing that everything was under control, and that they were on top of everything. It took me a few weeks to write this review. Nothing I wrote seemed like enough to fully explain our gratitude to Andy & Double A Weddings & Events!! Andy was an absolutely amazing collaborator on how to make our wedding day OURS. Nothing was off limits, too crazy or too non-traditional. Andy was extremely gracious & patient w/any questions we had or curveballs we threw at her. I was frozen & overwhelmed trying to plan our wedding on my own, the best thing I did for our wedding (besides snag the groom) was hiring Andy & Double A! Not only did she bring a wealth of knowledge on weddings & overall event planning, but she was incredibly organized, attentive, responsive, professional, easy to work with & most importantly (to me, at least) was able to bring my stress level down w/just a “touch base” call or email so I knew we were doing great w/our timeline. I cannot recommend Andy & Double A enough; if you have an upcoming wedding or event, HIRE DOUBLE A WEDDINGS & EVENTS!!

My partner and I worked with Michelle as the main coordinator for our wedding for over a year as we planned. She is very warm and approachable, great at managing family dynamics and vendors and getting the job done. Our celebration wasn't traditional by any means: we wanted to walk down the aisle to orchestral arrangements of video game music, have our first dance under both tree boughs and chandeliers, and even feature an artisanal tea bar. Michelle made it all happen, and then some. I will never forget being shuttled down to our ceremony location and seeing our reception setup all laid out - everything came together so beautifully, it really felt like our dream came to life. The best thing about working with Michelle is that she deeply and truly loves what she does, and you can feel that joy through every step of the process. Every vendor she recommended to us was the same as her: passionate about their work and in love with weddings as an art form and celebration. She was always available when we had a question or request. We had the privilege of meeting a large part of the Ellamae team on our wedding weekend - everyone was professional, cordial, and on the ball. Anytime we needed anything, Michelle or her team would materialize out of thin air and be there to help us. It was an absolutely spectacular event, truly magical - our friends and family cannot stop talking about it. Weddings are beautiful things, but also horribly stressful at times. In those darker moments, we were both so happy we had Michelle in our corner. Michelle really was the MVP of our celebration and we will always be grateful for the experience of working with her. When it came to the month-of and week-of meetings, she had all of the right questions to help us make sure we had everything together and ready for her to take over. She did a beautiful job with decorating and making sure we didn't forget any small details. On the day-of, she kept everything on schedule, and worked out any kinks we had while not letting it impact the flow and experience of the wedding. I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings (from full planning to day-of coordination), a large gala for non-profits, an annual fundraiser, a memorial service (for 300+ guests) and a surprise birthday party.

My now-husband and I hired her for our wedding event design and I immediately noticed that she and I operated with different baselines (she is calm & collected while I am an anxious, type A mess!). I truly appreciated her ability to reassure me through each step of the process and help me understand the steps as a first time bride. I started in the wedding industry when I found bridal world in 2018. Building a career in bridal brought me back to Los Angeles from Seattle, back to family and into a world where I could immerse myself in all things bridal and weddings. I worked my way up as a stylist to the couture level, managing one of the flagship stores in LA and specializing in custom, one of a kind designs as a stylist. I learned more and more about weddings, and one day started day-of coordinating for friends and family. That grew to a passion and led to the birth of Serenity Weddings.

We hired Serenity Weddings for our wedding last year, and it was the best decision we made for the day. We opted for the month-of package. We knew that we wanted to design our wedding ourselves to make it unique to our love story, but that we didn't have time the month of the wedding to add all of the last minute coordinating between the vendors to our workload. Desiree met with us mid-planning process to do a walk-through of the venue and get an idea of what we had planned for our day. She gave tons of helpful tips and truly made sure that she understood our vision. The month of the wedding she coordinated between all the vendors to make sure that everything was covered. Thank goodness! Turns out we forgot to order bathrooms since we were at a house, even though we didn't want people going into the home. She saved the day and made sure that we got an extra generator from the rental company to supply the power. On the day of the wedding she arrived ahead of the first vendor and made sure that everything was perfect. And if it wasn't, we never knew! All of our family and friends got to enjoy our wedding with us, without having to worry about how everything was going, all thanks to Serenity Weddings. I also worked with Desiree for my bridal styling, choosing the Final Touches package. Finding my dress was easy, but the endless choices for everything else was daunting. She helped me choose the perfect hairstyle and makeup combo for my enchanted look, and the accessories she chose were just the right touch.
