I love gathering folks together to celebrate life, love, birthdays & everything in between. Let me take the stress off of planning a special event and make it FUN for you and your guests. You'll find that I wear many hats but above all, my goal is to make the wedding planning process just as memorable as your wedding day itself. I was born and raised in sunny San Diego, I'm a huge fan of outdoor adventures, beach days, and good food. If you're looking for a Wedding and Event Planner who loves making magic, you've found her.

I am dedicated to inclusivity and representation in the industry, and I work hard to advocate for all couples and celebrate their stories, traditions and culture. My work is guided by Faith and my heart seeks to serve my clients by making a seat at the table for all especially for those who are underrepresented in the wedding industry.

    Jaime Ta Creative was an absolute pleasure to work with as a wedding vendor. Her communication style was incredibly organized and proactive, which made the entire process seamless. The quality of her work and the value they provided was top-notch - they had a fun, supportive energy and an amazing attention to detail. Jaime was awesome to work with, super organized and fun. I loved the vibe she created for the venue crawl event, and it was so easy for each of us vendors to tie everything together into a big beautiful bow. She is thoughtful, creative, welcoming, she really cares about her couples and it shows through in her fabulous work. The day itself was stunning—sunny and perfect, which is rare for October in Oregon—but what truly stood out was the exceptional planning and design. Jaime's designs beautifully brought Annie and Arthur's vision to life. Every detail was intentional and cohesive, reflecting the calm elegance of the Scandinavian-Japandi theme. The day felt seamless, and I could tell how much thought and care went into every aspect. From a vendor's perspective (wedding photographer), working with Jaime and her team was a dream.
