We hired her as a day-of-coordinator as our venue required one, and she absolutely blew us away with everything she did. We had a 1 hour meeting with her every week for the six weeks leading up to the wedding day, so by the time we got to the day itself, we were confident she knew the details of our event inside and out. Lauren asked all the questions that we never would have thought of, and covered details that we definitely would have overlooked ourselves. She handled communication with our vendors, double checked all our contracts, and helped us navigate some last minute logistical challenges that were stressful for us. She is so calm, and so easy to work with. She helped with setup and breakdown of our decorations, and made sure our gifts and cards were all in a safe spot. During the wedding, she was always right there when I looked for her, and she was watching every detail to make sure everything went off without a hitch. We truly don’t have enough praise for Lauren. “I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.”

“I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly. “Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. “We reached out to Sabrina once we realized how overwhelming the wedding planning process was and after one call we knew we needed to book her! At that point we hired her after we booked our venue, DJ and photographers so she picked up right where we left off. She offered a partial wedding planner package that was perfect for where we were at that stage of planning. Our only regret was not booking her from the beginning!! Sabrina's services kept us organized and on track with everything we needed to do. She checked in with us every month leading up to the wedding and was always available for any calls or emails. Extremely responsive. She had so much knowledge and first hand experience with different vendors in the area that she made our lives sooo much easier in booking the remaining vendors we needed. She also put together our decor Inspo and she was SPOT ON! And she brought it to life the day of the wedding! Sabrina also handled our timelines which we would not have had the bandwidth to put together that last 1-2 months before the wedding as we were already stressed enough. And for those that did, they preferred to leave planning of such an important event to a trusted professional like myself.

“I truly don’t even know where to begin. Devyn is the sole reason my wedding went SO smoothly and was everything I wanted! I’m forever grateful to her for that! I hired Devyn in August 2023 for my April 2024 wedding. I did the wedding management and design package. I initially wasn’t sure if I wanted to add in the design portion, mainly because of cost, but I’m SO happy I did because Devyn really made sure everything came together, and it was amazing. Immediately after hiring Devyn, I felt so relieved with the whole planning process. She went full force into everything, and it felt so good to have someone do all of that! Soon into the planning process, Devyn let me know she was pregnant and that her due date was actually the day before my wedding! She assured me I would be fully taken care of and not to worry, but I never once worried about it because I knew Devyn would make sure I was taken care of. She let me know that I would have three people present on the wedding day. Evie would be the primary contact and planner at the wedding, Nicolette (For Her Socials- Content Creation) would be at the hotel with us while we were getting ready and making sure we were staying on time, and everything that comes with that, and she hired out one of her planner friends Nicole (Nicole Gabriella Planning) to be the second point of contact at the venue and be there to help me with anything I needed. Throughout the entire planning process, Devyn’s communication was top-tier. She was always keeping me in the loop with updates from vendors and giving me updates. If I ever had a question, I never once felt like a bother. Devyn made sure everything was EXACTLY how I wanted it. I’m the type of person to just do whatever’s easiest, but she made sure every single detail was exactly what I wanted. If there was ever anything from the vendors that I slightly wasn’t happy with, she’d immediately go to them and let them know, which is something I never would’ve done on my own. I’ve never had anyone advocate for me like Devyn! She always made sure every single detail was absolutely perfect for me. As we were approaching my wedding and her due date, she never once slowed down, and I never felt worried about things not getting done. She did our final walkthrough TWO weeks before giving birth! I felt bad, but she assured me she was okay and would take her maternity leave as soon as she knew everything was good for me! Evie was incredible on the day of the wedding and made sure everything was good and that I didn’t need to worry about anything. Literally, the entire wedding planning process was so easy, thanks to Devyn, and she truly made it perfect for me. I’m forever grateful for Devyn, and I truly couldn’t recommend her enough! All my vendors, including the venue, were SO impressed with how organized everything was and kept talking about how easy Devyn made anything for everyone! Everyone needs a Devyn in their life!”
