Cassie was a super star for our wedding. We hired Cassie for day-of coordination so that we could have someone to help keep the day organized, punctual, and make sure everything went according to plan as the main contact between the venue and vendors. Most notably, Cassie was incredibly organized and prepared leading up to and the day of our wedding ensuring we did not forget any details. My wife and I did a lot of DIY for our wedding and Cassie made sure all of our DIY came to fruition. Additionally, Cassie was a pleasure to work with as she is incredibly kind, flexible and very easy to work with.

First off, if you are debating hiring a coordinator or planner look no further. Cassie is THE best!! We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! Knowing she had it all under control gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy our day. What truly touched us were the thoughtful extras. Cassie took photos and videos on her phone throughout the day, capturing moments and details we didn’t even think to ask for. Having those memories in addition to our photographers photos meant so much to us!! (I attached just a few for reference) Her ability to manage every detail flawlessly amazed me! Cassie truly is a miracle worker, a problem-solver, and a memory-maker all in one! Everyone loved her so much! I don’t know how we got so lucky!

We found Cassie roughly 4 months before our wedding, when the panic started to sink in that there was no way for us to manage all the different pieces of wedding planning ourselves. She was hands down the best decision we made. Our wedding was this past Saturday, June 22nd, and it was beyond perfect. Despite having to move the ceremony inside due to the rain, it was still the most magical night of our lives. None of it would have been possible without Cassie and I simply I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you for everything Cassie!!
Best Decision Made in Wedding Planning Process

Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day.
