Audrey Walsh Events & Co. is a boutique event planning company serving Boston and the southern New England area including Rhode Island, Cape Cod and the islands. The goal of our services is to liberate you from logistics, and ensure that you are able to be fully present at your event and immerse yourself in the joy of every little moment.

I have planned events for thousands of attendees and hosted high-end, intimate dinners for ten honored guests. I have a passion for planning! And after planning my own wedding, I decided I wanted to take all of my organizing, producing and logistical mastery, and use it to allow couples or hosts to be totally present on their special day. I love details, I love timelines, and I love love! I am excited to work with you to bring your dream event to life.

I recently worked directly with Audrey, from Audrey Walsh Events & Co., on a wedding in September at the Providence Public Library. I was the Day of Coordinator for the caterer at this exclusive venue and we worked together for the wedding day. Her communication style was detailed, organized, and easy to collaborate with - she clearly has extensive experience as a wedding planner. She was truly a delight, and I enjoyed collaborating with her. The quality of their work was outstanding, as she brought an enhanced, elegant, and stunning aesthetic to every display the bride had envisioned. Audrey and I worked together as a cohesive unit to ensure the bride & Groom's vision came to life. Audrey is also great with arranging flowers and floral displays, demonstrating her well-rounded skillset and ability to think on her feet. Audrey did such an amazing job curating a shower for me that exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I do not take on multiple events in a day or weekend! Each event is unique and the lead up is BUSY. I want to make sure the days leading up are stress free, focused and productive. Therefore, I make myself completely available to YOU and only you.

Yes! I am available and have experience with wedding and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, bachelorette organization, birthday parties, anniversary or retirement parties and corporate events.

Regardless of your needs, I love to have at least 2-3 calls with my clients prior to your event. I will always do a client intake call prior to signing a contract because it is SO important to have chemistry and feel comfortable with someone who will be a part of this life milestone or event with you. After that, even if you are only looking for a personal assistant for the day, I want to make sure I understand all your expectations and my tasks for the day. So I will require at least one call in the month or so leading up to the event. If we are working together for partial planning or an a la carte package we will become besties!
