Sara (Event Planning by Sara) was an absolute joy to work with for coordinating our wedding day. Her communication style was extremely thorough, professional, thoughtful, and kind from start to finish. She was present and an amazing source of support through every meeting and check in. The quality of her work and the value provided was so meticulous and dedicated; Sara made sure no stone was left unturned and that we could truly relax and enjoy the flow of the day without any hiccups. The little details such as keeping items safe and removed when we were not attending to them also spoke to how caring and immersed she was into making this momentous day as perfect as possible. Sara is a delight to work with and the most organized person you can have. Look no further for the ideal wedding coordinator!

We used Sara as the day of coordinator for our wedding at The White Room in Worcester and I cannot say enough good things about her. We began meeting about a month before the big day and had weekly check in's where she made sure that I was on track and getting everything done that needed to be handled. On the day she helped my parents with set up, ensured everyone was where they needed to be and fielded all questions from vendors and guests. The guests raved about the whole experience, and as far as I know literally nothing went wrong, and if it did, Sara handled it like a pro because I never found out! If you are considering hiring a planner or day of coordinator, make it Sara, she is actually the best.
