Sarah was an absolute lifesaver as our day-of wedding coordinator! Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and her advice throughout the planning process was invaluable. We hosted our wedding on our family farm, which meant there was no venue staff to rely on—but Sarah handled everything flawlessly. She took on every responsibility with ease, ensuring the day flowed seamlessly. Her eye for detail is incredible, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Sarah was the first to arrive and the last to leave, even stepping in to help with cleanup. We couldn’t have pulled off such a smooth and stress-free day without her. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, resourceful, and dedicated, Sarah is the one!

Sarah was absolutely instrumental in making our wedding exactly what we envisioned. We originally planned on having no day of coordinator however repeatedly realized throughout the weeks leading up and on day of that we would not have been able to do it without Sarah. She was very responsive during the planning process and brought professionalism and expertise to any questions or concerns we had. She had a plethora of tips and advice on how to make wedding day go smoothly down to the perfect dip at the end of the aisle. She paid such close attention to detail and perfectly executed our decorations for rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. She is so organized that our weekend was stress free from arrival to departure. Sarah’s work is absolutely priceless. We would recommend Sarah to anyone and everyone!! We would give her more than 5 stars if we could.

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner than Sarah. Our wedding was nothing short of perfect, thanks to her exceptional work. She managed everything from vendor coordination and collecting Certificates of Insurance to handling all the little extras we didn’t even know we needed—extra white shirts, a bottle of champagne for photos, a steamer, and more. Her extreme attention to detail went above and beyond. As an anxious bride, one thing I hadn’t anticipated was how nerve-wracking the day would be, but Sarah's calming presence was a true blessing, especially before walking down the aisle. She kept in constant contact via text, call, and attended all the Zoom meetings with vendors, ensuring nothing was overlooked. Sarah listened attentively to our ideas and masterfully turned our vision into an elegant reality. We are immensely grateful for her dedication and expertise, and we honestly can say that we miss her post-wedding.

We can't recommend Rosewood Premier Events highly enough. Sarah consistently went above and beyond to help us. She kept us on track and on schedule. She had excellent suggestions when we were floundering. She handled vendor communication and lots of other tasks, which greatly reduced our anxiety throughout the whole process. She gracefully coordinated everything on our wedding day so that we could enjoy ourselves to the fullest. Most importantly, she was kind and fun to work with from day one.
