Rhiannon & John from 413 Events were worth triple what they charged us! They were by far our favorite vendors and we are so lucky to have had them. Not only were they extremely professional and timely with communication the entire process of planning our wedding (which can’t be said about all the vendors we chose) but they were also so kind, warm, thoughtful and supportive. They went out of their way to source decor for us when we mentioned we had a limited budget and surprised us by decorating our reception space. Although the venue we chose was a hot mess from start to finish, Rhiannon and John worked so hard together to make sure we had pockets of happiness on our wedding day and for that we are so appreciative. We couldn’t have done it without them and their positive attitudes and attention to detail. We could sing of their praises forever honestly. They made our day so special and what sets them apart is how much they genuinely care about their clients. We are happy to have met them and gained 2 new friends.

My wife and I met Abigale while she was helping my wife’s sister and brother in law with their wedding. She did an amazing job planning and coordinating the whole thing. So well in fact after I proposed to my wife we knew from the start we’d enlist the help of Abigale and Elaborate Events. I can say without any hesitation Abigale had her work cut out with us as her clients. We both have very busy work schedules and are both lacking in the imagination and decorating abilities. We knew what we wanted (thank you Pinterest) but had no idea how to make it a reality. Abigale’s attention to detail, patience, positivity and encouragement really kept us on track and in high spirits. At times wedding planning is stressful and overwhelming. We hired Krista and the team at Kita events to manage our wedding day with the Gold Key package - it was worth every penny! Krista was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s knowledgeable, organized, and helpful. You can tell she’s seasoned, and it put me at ease. We had a couple situations that needed creative problem solving and she just took care of it, made the calls, and found a solution. She was available and responsive, her proactive communication was so appreciated. The lead-up planning was top-notch. Then her rehearsal and day-of management were even more fantastic. Krista has a warm, calm, and positive energy - exactly what a bride needs on her big weekend. She led the rehearsal so eloquently - our wedding party (who have been in many weddings) was super impressed. On the wedding day she was behind the scenes making everything flow, coordinating with all of the vendors - I didn’t have to lift a finger. The run-of-show was seamless, she was in lock-step with our venue manager, photographer, DJ, and various musicians. And to close, after a long day (we had a New Year’s Eve wedding so it went late!), she and her team broke down and aggregated our rentals, and packed up our personal decor (there was a lot). I cannot recommend Kita Events more, we had a wonderful experience.

We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From countless Zoom calls to meeting up in person to select flowers, it was more than we could have asked for and were expecting. Her professionalism and creativity showed through when we had to improvise our outdoor ceremony to an indoor one thanks to a horrific tropical storm. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. When we first started our wedding journey, needless to say, we were lost. We visited venues and didn't understand pricing structures or what was "fair" or "right" based on what we wanted. A friend had referred us to YPB, and from that point forward the process was a dream. We initially met with Kim, who was incredibly kind and straightforward. She identified our needs, and recommended their standard package which was very reasonably priced. From there we had a venue Search that gave us plenty of detailed information to find our dream venue at the absolute right price. Our Planner, Jade took it from there. She was very polished, professional and kind as we navigated toward the big day. She helped us identify vendors at reasonable prices and provided guidance on what was fair. Day-of, my spouse and I got to enjoy the day with Jades' support in managing all of the details of the day. Overall, we had the perfect wedding for us, and we have YPB to thank for that. If you are getting married in Oregon or Washington, they should be your first call for a consultation, and I"m sure they would do a fabulous job for both small weddings like ours or larger executions.

Philly, the owner of Prologue Events, is exactly the wedding planner/coordinator/florist/friend you need in your life. She does it all, which is very convenient so you don't have to communicate with a bunch of different vendors. For us, she worked on our Chinese/Tea Ceremony day and Western Ceremony day. She has lots of experience working with cultural weddings and is familiar with many traditional customs. Early on, she created a mood board for floral arrangements and tablescape, which made it easy to trust and align with her. From beginning to end, she made the 1 year we spent wedding planning sane and somewhat enjoyable. She broke down tasks for us, allowing us to focus on one task at a time, and gave us lots of vendor suggestions to choose from. Philly REALLY shined on our wedding weekend, which was 3 days. She constantly checked in on us, made sure we had breaks, set up every detail of the venue, patiently worked with our large hectic families, and packed up all of our belongings for us at the end of the night. She even took a bunch of behind-the-scene footages since we didn't carry our phones. We trusted Philly in executing and she delivered! She allowed us to enjoy our wedding and took on a lot of the logistical stress.
