With over 20 yrs of event experience, We are a boutique special event planning and design company. Born in a Pre-Covid 2020, we are looking to help fun, amazing couples navigate the challenging waters of wedding planning, post Pandemic. We want everyone to feel special on their day. We work with event budgets of all sizes to create a little "luxury magic" everywhere.

We have a lot of experience in multiple sectors of the wedding industry. We require all of our coordinators to have their food handler's permit and bartending license (in case of a disaster ;) ) We are a licensed, insured business with many connections in the Seattle Wedding Vendor Community. If a last minute no show happens, we can most often find a dependable vendor for you promptly. We love Social Media. We are most active on IG & TikTok. We love featuring your day by filming TikToks throughout your event. We are female and Veteran Owned. We truly go above and beyond for our clients.

Rhiannon and John were such a highlight of wedding planning/DOC. I had no clue what it was going to take to put it all together and Rhiannon guided me in every step along the way. It was money so well spent because it allowed me the ability to know someone (who wasn’t me!) could/would handle all of the weird details the day of, and had thought of just about everything prior to then. It was such a relief, and John and Talia were so great on the day of helping with all of the details - that is one truly great team! Super happy with how it all ended up, and would recommend!

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of working with Rhiannon and her team at 413 events, for a mutual clients wedding at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington-Renton. Rhiannon and her staff went above and beyond in making my job as a DJ go smoothly. She is detail oriented, calm, flexible, and has a great attitude. Working together, we were able to exceed the client’s expectations in making an engaging, memorable event. I highly recommend 413 Events and hope to work with Rhiannon and her team again soon. Words can't describe the joy that fills us just thinking about how wonderful Rhiannon and John are! They went above and beyond expectations for us. They truly felt like family when our wedding day came along. They treated our family and friends with respect. They couldn’t stop telling us how much they loved Rhiannon and John! We hired them to be our day of coordinator. We met three times prior to our wedding (technically four if you include our consultation). Rhiannon contacted all the vendors on my behalf prior to the wedding to make sure they have a timeline as well as our last-minute change to an indoor wedding due to weather. Our wedding ran so smoothly! I can say for a fact it wouldn't have gone remotely smooth without them! I highly recommend 413 Events.

I'm a wedding industry colleague, both a long time caterer (15 years, and a venue owner). We have met and worked with hundreds of different coordinators and planners over the years, and Rhiannon by far is one of the best around, without question. She's a dream and so easy to work with- smart, well organized, creative and has the ability to pivot on a dime when things come up. She's kind, thoughtful, and oh-so-resourceful in a pinch. With 21 years of experience, Rhiannon Owen, basically grew up in the Seattle Wedding Industry. We have managed, executed and designed more than 1000 weddings. I started dreaming about wedding planning when I was in High School, and once I graduated, it became clear that I was destined for it. From "Pinterest" idea boards to your first dance as newlyweds, 413 Events staff will help craft each moment to reflect you and your unique love. Our company is best known for bold, vivid colors and mixing prints within a color palette. We love to help you push the limit of our combined creativity.

Rhiannon Owen is the creative behind the 413 Events brand. She has extensive wedding industry experience in Sound Engineering as a 18 year DJ, 11 years of Event Coordination/Event Planning, Event Bartending, and Catering. Joined by her husband, John Owen, you will always have at the VERY least 2 coordinators on-site, at any given time. John is a two tour, US Army Combat Veteran, specialized in Logistics. There isn't much the man can't do or help to make happen. We are beginning our coordination staffing expansion in 2024.

Yes, we do. We love Proposals/ Engagement Parties, Doggo Birthdays, Baby Showers, Quinceañeras, Birthdays, Anniversaries and even Celebrations of Life. We specialize in all the events throughout your life.

We do 1 Wedding per day and typically, no more than 2-3 weddings per week.

This depends completely on the package that you purchase. The larger the package, the more in depth our work with you is. We typically assess your budget, needs and concerns before recommending a package. Most of our budget couples opt for an a la carte, and our average budget clients prefer a fuller, more encompassing package. We are almost always able to tailor a package to your needs or wishes, no matter the budget.
