This talented group of Certified and Licensed Planners are here to guide you through the step by step planning process, and ensure your experience runs smoothly from beginning to end.
Whether you need help sourcing vendors, developing timelines, a full set-up and tear down, or maybe need a coffee and venting session- we are your team and we are here for you! We aim to bring your visions to life, while providing the comfort and ease you well deserve. *A percentage if all profits are donated to local Women's Education Programs.

Two words: DREAM TEAM
Two words: DREAM TEAM! If I could rate Cascadia more than 5 stars, I would. From the beginning, Audrey and Ashley-Sue were knowledgeable, kind, so organized, and FUN! I truly felt so comfortable with them and they made every aspect of my wedding day stress-free. I received several compliments from my family, bridal party, and guests alike about how impressed they were by the Cascadia team and how seamless the day was. I loved getting to utilize their rental closet for some decor items, they designed some custom signage for me, and I used their bartending services also which was so easy. If you’re needing a day-of coordinator or wedding planner, do not hesitate to hire this incredible team. They’re the BEST - hands down!

This Team Knows Their Stuff!
This team is fun, lighthearted, and professional, too! They know what it takes for an event to run smoothly and somehow they make it look effortless. I have had many experiences working with the awesome crew and I've always had an easy time getting help or answers at any point while setting up events. They are one of my preferred planning teams to work with and I recommend them to couples who need a planner- and trust me, you need a planner! They aren't simply helping you get your decor together, they are helping you navigate guests, coordinate vendors, keep things on time and handle last minute crises that you will never know about because you hired them and it went seamlessly. Highly recommend.
The BEST team EVER!
There are not words to describe how incredible cascadia was for our wedding. Down to evey single last little detail, our day was perfect. If you need anything, they are on it, if you wanna just vent, they listen, they have tons of rentals that they let you use for your big day and they don't nickle and dime you for them. Every single one of their crew was kind, respectful and just super sharp. We were so very blessed to have them as part of our team. I couldn't even imagine if we had anyone else....forget it. They are truly a dream team and we will be forever greatful
