Description

Partial Planning services allow you to make all the decisions but let us do the work. This is perfect for couples who want to sit back and relax during the planning process. This package includes both a senior and associate coordinator during your event.

This level of service includes up to 10 hours of day-of coordination. Focus on time with your loved ones while we organize all your vendors and behind the scenes needs.

Perfect for couples hosting a wedding of 35 or less guests.

    Victoria and Lexi were amazing and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. Victoria is kind, has a great sense of humor, is super easy going, an excellent communicator, and is incredible at her job! I was already pretty overwhelmed on my wedding day because of the event itself, so there's no way I could have made it through without Victoria taking care of all the details. I also had a pretty small floral budget, but Lexi absolutely nailed it and I had so many guests comment on how beautiful and elegant everything was. Thank you!!!

    Victoria and her team were AMAZING! From the moment we met Victoria we could tell she was organized, enthusiastic, and very professional. When it came to our big day, she was unbelievable, she made sure everyone knew where to go at all times, she coordinated with all of our vendors, and she really made sure all of our needs were met. We can't thank her enough for how smooth everything went. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    Victoria and VEVENTS are exactly whom you need to hire if you are like us. For us, we had already done most of our wedding planning, but we needed someone to take over on the big day. We knew we'd be busy, and that we didn't want to burden our family. We decided to commit to hiring a day-of-coordinator, but we were on a budget. We found VEVENTS to be very reasonably priced, and what we got was way more than we were expecting. Victoria and the whole team were sharp and professional, going above and beyond our needs in every way to make sure that we were taken care of during our wedding. Victoria covered every detail and took several meetings leading up to event to sync up with us. She took over communication with our vendors and took everything off of our plate. She met with us when we had vendor showcases. She offered her own things to help accommodate our polaroid station. She even gave us a ride one day when we ended up stranded far from transit at a warehouse. You get someone by your side every step of the way. Beyond that, Victoria and the team are wonderfully kind and optimistic throughout the whole experience, keeping everything positive! We could not recommend Victoria and VEVENTS enough!

    Victoria was absolutely amazing on our wedding day! We had originally hired another Day-of Coordinator who unfortunately had a family emergency a week before our wedding and was no longer able to work with us. We reached out to VEVENTS, and Victoria responded so quickly and sent over her calendar so we could find a time to meet as soon as possible. Even with just a week's notice and a week's worth of prep, Victoria went above and beyond what we expected. She came to our rehearsal on Friday to help figure out the timing of our ceremony and then arrived right on time at the venue on Saturday to help the Groom with all of the last minute details. Victoria seriously thought of all the details, just as we would, and took care of them so that we (and our families) could enjoy the day. She worked well with our vendors and families, and we heard raving reviews from them as well. The Mother of the Bride even said if anyone else in the family has a wedding in the Seattle-Tacoma area that she would love to work with Victoria again. We whole heartedly recommend VEVENTS for your wedding day!
