With experience working at a venue and hitting over 100 weddings, Mary Anna has used her knowledge to create beautiful wedding experiences. The plus side is you get Mary Anna's full attention as there is a limited amount of weddings she takes on a year to best take care of her clients. Also, you do not get her for just the day or month before- you have unlimited communication. Mary Anna knows there is a lot that goes into wedding planning and wants you to know that she there with any advice or recommendations you may need. All packages include: Access to my décor closet, Vendor Management and Recommendations, Timeline Creation, Cake Cutting, Assistance with set up and clean up, Unlimited Communication, and Rehearsal Practice Assistance. | My Day of Coordination starts at $950 and I can create a custom package to fit how involved a couple wants me in their planning process. A True Lifesaver Throughout the Wedding Process
Working with Mary was an incredible experience from start to finish. She guided my wife and me through the entire wedding planning process with ease, answering every question we had (and there were a lot!). Her experience and expertise were evident in every step, and her advice helped us navigate areas we hadn’t even thought about. The month-to-month timelines she provided were a lifesaver. They were always well-paced and never overwhelming, giving us just the right amount of tasks to focus on each month. With me working full-time and my wife starting grad school and a part-time job, her timelines made everything so much more manageable. The website portal and her clear, consistent communication were also invaluable tools throughout the process. She always went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Beyond her professionalism, she is incredibly kind, supportive, and a true joy to work with. She was fantastic at coordinating with everyone involved, making sure every detail was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator and are so grateful for her help in making our day unforgettable. Highly recommend her to anyone planning their big day!

Absolutely amazing coordinator! I have had the pleasure of working with Mary Anna for several years as a wedding DJ, and she is seriously the best. I recommend her services to all couples I come in contact with. Her timelines are easy to read and very thorough, and everything always flows so well together. She keeps everyone on time, and manages a team of vendors flawlessly. Her communication is great as well. As a vendor, she emails me the timeline as soon as she has it finished, which is always well ahead of the big day, and that gives me plenty of time to read over and properly prepare. If you are looking for a great coordinator who is going to care as much as you do about your big day....look no further. This is coming from a vendor who works over 60 wedding and events annually, and a vendor who has had their fair share of events with rough coordinators.

Mary Anna was amazing and I am so grateful we had her help for our wedding. And I cannot recommend her enough. As the groom I was so thankful to have her guiding us every step of the way leading up to our big day. And on our wedding day she was super helpful in making sure everything went according to plan and that we were on time for everything. She was great at communicating with us and on our behalf with our bridal party/guests/vendors etc.. Everyone apart of our wedding kept saying how great she was and how helpful she was as well. If you want a great wedding planner book Mary Anna and you will not regret it!
