Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70 videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

Natalie and Hector were truly a dream come true! Natalie helped the day run so smoothly and everything was so perfect and well organized. She was very communicative and on point leading up to the day. She set up and organized everything exactly as I requested. Natalie and Hector were so sweet and accommodating. The content creation package was great and exactly what my husband and I wanted. Since we didn't want a videographer, the content creation was perfect for us- To capture the day and have small clips for memories without the expensive cost. The photo booth was so cute and our guests loved it. Very nice camera with video, boomerang, and photo options for the guests to select with a nice backdrop setup. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. Enter Julie, who was a Godsend in making sure that not only was every detail planned for the wedding, but who went above and beyond and helped us with all of the logistics for our guests’ travel, with coordinating ride shares to and from Miami Airport, with making suggestions for our rehearsal dinner off property, and who made sure that we knew all of the details to pull off a destination event. Her team provided all of my daughter’s flowers, and they were perfect for the setting. We had bright colors and tropical arrangements and Julie did a great job of creating a beautiful scene, without overcharging us on items where we didn’t need to go overboard. Not only that, she worked around our schedules for calls and was always quick to answer when we had a question. She came down twice to meet with us at the venue, and showed us around the area. Great team, very professional!

Rylee was an incredible support and guide throughout a beast of a wedding planning process. After our first consultation meeting, I was struck by not only her professionalism and friendly demeanor, but also by how organized and resourceful she was. She put all my fears at ease, from the very first meeting all the way until the grand exit on the night of. My husband and I were probably one of the more challenging couples she has worked with -- not only were we planning from several states away exclusively via Zoom and phone calls, both he and I had extremely busy schedules meaning meetings were sometimes at odd hours and some details were left to last-minute. She stayed extraordinarily patient and kind with us the whole way through, and we found her extremely capable and reassuring. We hit a few snags the day of but she effortlessly handled everything, taking so much stress off our shoulders. Our goal for our wedding was to be as stress-free as possible and incorporate some cultural touches and traditions, and we could not have done it without her. I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.
