Delaney and Demi go above and beyond to communicate clearly, understand your vision, and to make sure all your needs are met. Wilder Minds Events helped me and my husband bring to life the wedding of our dreams! You will not regret working with their team at all. If I were to ever plan another wedding, I would work with Wilder Minds Events for sure! Until you're planning a wedding, you don't realize the seemingly endless list of details and options, it's almost overwhelming! Without a doubt, Wilder Minds Events helped keep me on track and organized. Questions, feedback, and suggestions were all handled promptly.     They were the absolute BEST team to work with. Delaney and Demi both made my wedding feel so stress-free and enjoyable! My vision absolutely came to life and I got to enjoy all of the little details that made our wedding "us". I 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a wedding planner - the best in the bay 3 I give them all of the stars.

    THE BEST WEDDING COORDINATOR EVER!!!!!!! For our wedding, we worked with Demi, who was absolutely fantastic!! She made the entire process FUN, painless, easy, and her communication was on point. Every part of the wedding was flawless and she made sure the bride and groom were taken care of the entire time. She is so sweet, so organized, and very assertive (which I love!!!) It is so obvious how much she cares and loves what she does. You ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO BOOK WILDERMIND EVENTS!!!!! You will NOT regret it 3

    My daughter attended a wedding that Delaney planned and decided that’s who she wanted as her planner. She loved the creative vibe. My daughter and I set up a consultation. I had done lots of project management but staging was not my strength. Delaney suggested I consider the middle package rather than the lowest package. BEST DECISION EVER! She asked my daughter what her vision was for her special day. She listened carefully and her colleague Demi listened too and took notes. Within 10 days Delaney sent a vision board for the event that was out of this world. She truly created magic. The whole wedding planning process felt like a collaboration. Demi soon took on many of the administrative tasks. Collectively Demi and Delaney were great communicators, creative thinkers, troubleshooters when we had sticky situations and great listeners who were respectful. Day of wedding it was important to me to have our guests dancing right after the introductions and initial formal dances. It was an outside the box request they made happen. Between their vendor contacts (who were great), their attention to so many details, their communication and administrative skills they saved me time and aggravation. I enjoyed my daughter, the week of wedding I was chill and night of the wedding my husband and I had the time of our lives knowing how seamless things went. If there were hiccups I didn't know about them. I received sooooo many texts and calls from friends who said it was one of the best weddings they ever attended. I can’t say enough positive things about Demi, Delaney and WilderMindevents.
