We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner, and although she wasn't our day-of coordinator (as our coordinator was employed through the venue), we're sure she would have been great at that as well.

I had a great experience working with Charisa to execute my vision . The check-ins throughout the planning process were always well timed and exactly as thorough as we wanted and needed them to be at each juncture. Charisa was especially helpful in providing us a timeline months before my event to keep me on track with all of the little things that may otherwise have added up and led to last minute stress – instead, all was easy breezy. We cherished the tips given from Charisa because there were plenty of things we never would have thought of, and Charisa was always several steps ahead of us in addressing them and/or flagging any concerns related to our plans. Charisa was our point-person on the day, and I’m not sure she could have done a better job had she spent every moment up to the event planning with us! It was unbelievable to watch her work: From set-up, to coordinating vendors, to orchestrating the flow of the event, to the extra running when she could see that we needed it – the list goes on and on and on. If you’re looking for an event planner that will help reduce the stress of the planning process, and of its execution, look no further!!

Ani Wolff's pinpoint management of our wedding day in New York elevated the occasion for us as bride and groom; and for our vendors, who have had nothing but positive feedback after working with Ani. Upon reflection of her work and her format, Ani crushed our expectations. She did an outstanding job in getting to know us and our preferences, put us on a schedule to plan the wedding, and kept those plans on track. One night we spent two hours going through a checklist, after which we never had to discuss those items again - she just took care of everything. There are a few other attributes of Ani's partnership that we sincerely value. She kicked a during the rehearsal of our wedding. We had big grins on our face as she efficiently led the process, putting our family and friends into place and clearly articulated what's going to happen next. Hiring Dhalia Events was one of the best decisions we made when we were planning our wedding. I am skeptical of the wedding industry in general, but I am convinced that wedding coordinators like Deliece and Melissa are skilled, experienced professionals in a niche field who can make a huge difference in the quality of your experience. And what's the point if you don't get to enjoy your wedding experience? Here are some specific things that Deliece and Melissa did that were super-helpful on the day of: 1) I couldn't find the body tape I had bought, but they had some on hand. 2) I needed to stay hydrated after I got my makeup done, so they provided straws so I could drink without messing up my lipstick. 3) The groom's vest had fallen to the bottom of his garment bag after we dry cleaned it, but they had a portable steamer and were able to get the wrinkles out. 4) They arranged a tent for our DJ for the ceremony, which was outdoors, when they discovered at the last minute that the contract required a tent rain-or-shine. 5) They made sure we ate dinner (and dessert). 6) They made sure waitstaff were replacing our drinks at regular intervals during the reception. 7) They brought a handheld portable fan, which was a lifesaver since it was more than 90 degrees outside. 8) They provided transportation around the property, which was a vineyard that wasn't very walkable in my nice shoes. 9) A friend left something in their car by accident at the end of the night, and they arranged to mail it to her a few days later. All of these things were nice surprises. It's not like we asked them to bring straws, it didn't even occur to us that we'd need them. But Deliece and Melissa brought them anyway because this is their job and they know what they're doing. They were PREPARED. I also want to note that I did not buy full wedding planning services from them, just month-of coordination, but they never treated me like a less important client. There were cases in the months leading up to the wedding where I asked them for help that was actually outside the scope of services we had agreed on, and they were very professional in letting me know that it wasn't included in my package. I appreciate that they enforced their boundaries so politely and respectfully-- I like that in a person. Overall, I can't recommend Dhalia Events highly enough.

WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. Her style is absolutely breath-taking and I knew I wanted to work with her right away. After our Zoom call and her shared 'vision board' and proposal, I was so excited to keep planning. She wanted to know my vision and details from the start, and welcomed allllll of the inspo pictures I sent her way! I can't emphasize enough how she truly 'sees' the vision her clients want to bring to life -- and brings her knowledge of florals and eye for design to her work with each couple. She is communicative and collaborative: she asks detailed questions to ensure you 100% love the florals in each aspect of your event. Beyond that, she is so sweet and takes the time to write detailed emails that make you feel seen and heard. Wedding planning can be a stressful process but with Jasmin's talent, professionalism, and collaboration, it feels exciting! I couldn't have been more happy with how my bouquet turned out; in fact, all of the girls and beauty vendors were gushing over the bouquets the morning of the wedding. Our floor alter, which we repurposed as florals in front of our sweetheart table at dinner, were absolutely gorgeous. As Jamin so accurately observed, I was really going for "effortless elegance" (her words, but my exact thoughts!). The gorgeous bud vases and flameless candles came together perfectly, as well as the branches I asked if she could add last-minute! From the very start, I said Jasmin was my favorite vendor to work with and I just can't recommend her enough! If you are in need of a florist in the area, book her -- it will be the best decision you make for your big day!

Menaza (M. O. Everlasting) was amazing for my wedding as my Day of Coordinator. My wedding was on the large size (220 people) and had a lot of moving parts. My husband is Malayali so we wanted to incorporate his traditions along with my catholic ones. So this involved MANY extra details including 3 outfit changes, choreographed dances, and complicated family photos in many locations. To pull this off I new I needed help the day of my wedding. Menaza took care of everything, I had complete trust in her, she handled everything so I could just enjoy my day. Between choosing the venue, picking the band, dealing with COVID uncertainties, actually running the show the day of, and a million other things, they were always responsive, patient, and so much fun to work with. It’s hard to know what the perfect wedding will look like ahead of time, and although we had some vague general ideas and a couple weirdly specific requests, we weren’t really sure about how it would all come together. Kate and Jen took the time to listen to us, giving us formal questions and plenty of their time to talk things out informally. It felt like they immediately got what we were saying and had ideas about how to make our wedding come to life. They were honest when they thought something might not work, and creative when we were trying to come up with solutions to an issue. All of that was so important because it could often feel really hard to plan a wedding while managing two busy careers and everything else in our lives, and it was so reassuring to know we had them making sure everything was on track. Their experience and their willingness to get to know us made everything come together that whole weekend in a way we’ll never forget. The best part about working with Kate and Jen is how much they clearly LOVE what they do, and truly feel invested in the couples that they are planning with. This really does not feel like just a job to them, and we felt so supported throughout by their warm and personal approach. We genuinely miss them so much already, and it's only been a month since our wedding.

We were told that hiring a planner for a wedding of our size was almost necessary, and thank God we did because we couldn’t have pulled off the incredible day we had without Brittany. After interviewing countless planners we seemed like we were getting nowhere, that is, until we had our first conversation with her. After hanging up the phone we knew she was the one for us. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, she constantly made herself available for us, her style matched ours perfectly, and I’m glad to say we gained a friend out of this. She reviewed and negotiated contracts, helped source key vendors, and went to bat for us every step of the way. It’s inevitable when planning a wedding to encounter obstacles and Brittany was ahead and on top of all of it. She shielded us from behind-the-scenes drama and went out of the way to make sure we had the best day of our lives. Everything went so smoothly. We were not an easy couple to manage, mostly because we were indecisive and weren’t able to communicate our vision, but that didn’t faze nor prevent her from pulling off a gorgeous day. Our guests raved about how beautiful the set-up was – from the tent, the décor and the million details that elevated the aesthetics, we were taken aback by how she was able to pull everything together to create such an amazing end-product. We couldn’t have done it without her, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly to anyone in the beginning phases of finding a planner.

Sheavonne was our rock on our March wedding day! We hired her as our day-of wedding coordinator, and she was exceptionally responsive to emails throughout the entire planning process, answering all my questions promptly. Even with heavy rain, she kept me calm and handled every issue smoothly. Sheavonne’s calming presence and problem-solving skills were priceless. She made our terrace wedding possible despite a leaky roof from the rain. Her assistants were also fantastic and discreet, making sure everything flowed perfectly.
