After working for most of my career on the luxury venue side of events and weddings, I bring a hospitality insider's perspective and well rounded events experience to every couple's day. I'm accustomed to managing many intricate details in a fast paced environment and all of the creative, energetic problem solving that comes with it. Clearing the barriers that create stress during wedding planning is a priority for me when working with couples.

Description | A Full Service Planning & Coordination package provides full time support for arranging every wedding related element and provides a road map and customized guidance for the many decisions that have to be made as your wedding day approaches. Time consuming tasks like vendor outreach and correspondence, guest list formatting and management, and design and decor strategy and management fall within the parameters of full service planning. | A Partial Planning and Coordination Package is highly customizable, but typically includes support with design and decor, vendor recommendations, contract review and monthly check in meetings in addition to short term planning support and wedding day management. | Short Term Planning and Wedding Day Management support begins 90 days out to ensure that nothing important is forgotten, to help organize the details of the day, and to prepare you for upcoming vendor finalization meetings. On the wedding day, we arrive during hair and make up services and depart after your guests have left and your personal items have been secured. |

Best Decision!
We hired Sarah about a year out from our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. We needed help organizing our to-do list, formulating ideas and staying on track. Throughout every step of the process, Sarah would go above and beyond to guide and assist us without hesitation! She worked seamlessly with our venue and other vendors which lent to a stress-free day! We felt so at ease knowing that Sarah and her team were on top of every aspect of the weekend so that we could be present and bask in every moment. No detail was forgotten or missed! Sarah, we can’t thank you enough for your relentless efforts to perfect our special day!
Amazing Experience
If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further- Sarah is THE BEST! After getting quickly overwhelmed by the whole wedding planning process, Sarah was recommended to me by a friend. We had our initial conversation and it was evident that she was in tune to our vision, creative, and beyond competent. She immediately followed up with ideas for the centerpieces and I knew I had to hire her. Throughout the whole process, Sarah kept my husband and I on track every step of the way. Between our frequent phone calls, shared google docs detailing every minute of the wedding day, and consistent follow up with vendors. Sarah was so organized and had everything completely under control. What I appreciate most was Sarah’s eye for design. She was such an asset in creating a beautiful space at the venue. The florals, floor wrap, uplighting, tablecloths, signage, and every other detail she helped us design is above and beyond anything I could have dreamt of. Sarah’s calmness throughout the day was infectious and that is what you need on the most important day of your life! We had the wedding of our dreams, and that is all thanks to Sarah. I wish we could do it all over again!
Best Decision of Entire Wedding Process
My friends and family know that I am a perfectionist and can't relax unless things are running smoothly. From our initial phone call with Sarah, I knew that she was the perfect person to bring our dream wedding weekend to life. Her goal was to know our vision, understand our style, and execute so that we could enjoy the night and not have to think about anything the day of. It's safe to say that was a success - I was the most "chill bride" all weekend long and that was entirely because of the care and detail that Sarah put into every second of our weekend. We brought Sarah on towards the end of our planning process (3 months before the wedding), and although everything was perfect, I wish we started working together sooner. Sarah is calm, organized, SO easy to talk to, and allowed us to be ourselves throughout the planning process. Her expertise guided us the whole way while still ensuring that every detail was unique to us. She worked to build a package around what we needed the most support with to ensure that we had no gaps in our prep/day of planning and coordination. Being that we found most of our own vendors before hiring Sarah, she was the perfect person to pull them all together with her collaborative personality, stress-free nature and smile! Sarah attended floral meetings, tastings, final prep calls with each vendor and answered every email, text and phone call filled with countless questions. We had a master timeline and checklist to make sure we stayed on top of everything from final vendor payments to "purchase hangers for bridesmaid pajamas." Fast forward to the wedding weekend... Sarah coordinated all of our venue / rehearsal dinner / hotel item drop offs and made sure that all of the buses ran smoothly. She planned every minute of the wedding day, and the schedule ran like clockwork, while Sarah and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes. They were exactly where they needed to be at EVERY twist and turn - it was so impressive and all due to Sarah's organizational skills and incredible communication with her team. Sarah even did a full item by item inventory check at my parents house for the pre-wedding pick up (and post-wedding drop off). Anything that did not go according to plan, Sarah confidently took charge, found a solution, and then let me know about it (just for awareness - not for us to take any action). For example, there was a miscommunication with the florals in my bouquet - Sarah knew immediately that this was not what I wanted and before I could even get out the words, she calmly said "I know this is not what you asked for, but don't worry at all. This is an easy fix and I will work with the florist to make it right!" Because of Sarah I was truly a stress free bride and we had the BEST TIME at our own wedding. No wedding is too big or too small and no idea is too unrealistic for Sarah to bring to life. We miss the planning process mostly because we don't have an excuse to talk to Sarah multiple times each week. Sarah truly became like family to us and we can't recommend her enough!!

Choosing Sarah and Honeycomb Prince was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process! We hired Sarah as our planner starting 90 days prior to our wedding and we are so incredibly grateful for her help and the role she played in our day and the months leading up to it. We honestly could not have done any of it without Sarah! Sarah handled every challenge and all the smallest details and was a source of comfort for us, especially on our planning calls leading up to the day. On the wedding day itself, Sarah and her team executed flawlessly. The coordination of vendors, the timing of events, and the overall flow of the day were masterfully managed. We were able to savor every moment, knowing that Sarah had everything under control. Our family and friends were so impressed and we received so many compliments on the seamless flow and organization of everything. Sarah is so incredibly organized, professional and knowledgable and completely exceeded our expectations – we could not recommend Honeycomb Prince enough!
