“We just got married earlier this month and everything went so smoothly with no stress! After we booked our venue, Abagail was the first of our vendors we booked which was definitely the best decision we made! She helped us figure out all our other vendors including specific recommendations and places to look if we wanted to shop around. She was very flexible and gave us recommendations based on our preferences i.e. we wanted to do a food truck instead of traditional catering and she gave us links and info for food truck options. She helped keep us on track and we had monthly meetings with her, though the frequency of the meetings was generally up to us. Once we booked our vendors she handled the majority of the scheduling and did all of the day of coordination. She foresaw issues we would never have thought of and generally made the whole process so much easier than doing it ourselves! We will be recommending her to anyone getting married in the area!!”

She was available and responsive, her proactive communication was so appreciated. The lead-up planning was top-notch. Then her rehearsal and day-of management were even more fantastic. Krista has a warm, calm, and positive energy - exactly what a bride needs on her big weekend. She led the rehearsal so eloquently - our wedding party (who have been in many weddings) was super impressed. On the wedding day she was behind the scenes making everything flow, coordinating with all of the vendors - I didn’t have to lift a finger. The run-of-show was seamless, she was in lock-step with our venue manager, photographer, DJ, and various musicians. And to close, after a long day (we had a New Year’s Eve wedding so it went late!), she and her team broke down and aggregated our rentals, and packed up our personal decor (there was a lot). She does it all, which is very convenient so you don't have to communicate with a bunch of different vendors. For us, she worked on our Chinese/Tea Ceremony day and Western Ceremony day. She has lots of experience working with cultural weddings and is familiar with many traditional customs. Early on, she created a mood board for floral arrangements and tablescape, which made it easy to trust and align with her.
