The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department rents out its meeting hall to individuals, local businesses, community groups and organizations. All proceeds from this rental are used to support the department's operations. The Community Hall is available for rent on most Mondays through Saturdays and is an excellent venue for Wedding Receptions, Children’s Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, or Business Conferences. (The hall is not available on Sundays due to our weekly Bingo Fundraiser.)

Top of the Town is a premier event space which features a truly unrivaled spectacular panoramic view of our Nation's Capital and its monuments as well as the Potomac River from a one-hundred foot span of floor to ceiling glass. The hilltop penthouse "room with a view" provides a panoramic view of the Nation's Capital and other monumental buildings! Your view from Top of the Town includes 12 ft high windows; marble foyer & hallway; an express elevator from the ground level to the penthouse; chandeliers; chiavari chairs & a variety of table sizes; wood panel dance floor; built-in window seating; & large private parking lot.

Construction on Powerhouse began in 1915 as part of an expansion project by the D.C. Paper Manufacturing Company. In 1917, the building began operating as a power plant for the paper company. Just a few short years later in 1919, Capitol Traction Company purchased Powerhouse to use as trolley car storage until 1932. In more recent years, Powerhouse has been used for event and office space. Today, the iconic smokestack still stands 150 feet above the building, symbolizing its towering impact on the history and culture of Georgetown.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, our meeting house was constructed in 1930 during the administration of the Quaker president, Herbert Hoover. It was built to serve as a house of worship and a gathering place for those wanting to “seek peace and pursue it.” The building was enlarged in 1950. In 1970, we acquired the red brick Quaker House, Carriage House and garden at 2121 Decatur Place NW. Built in the 1920s and also on the National Register, these buildings today house a number of nonprofit organizations and small businesses as well as additional event spaces. With multiple interior spaces and gardens, we can accommodate events of various sizes and layouts, from 2 to 300. We host individuals, non-profit organizations, and for-profit entities. Our event rental prices are affordable, with discounts offered to non-profit organizations in alignment with our values. Ìpàdé is one of Washington, DC's most unique venues, located in Dupont Circle. Our venue is flexible to a variety of needs from bridal showers to rehearsal dinners to intimate weddings. The space can comfortably hold up to 100 guests standing and 70 seated banquet style. In addition to a large banquet area, there are 4 rooms you can use to get ready, store items and gifts, or use for catering preparation. There are also two bathrooms to accommodate your guests.

The Showroom is located on 14th Street, NW and boasts over 8,000 sq/ft of modern-industrial event space. 18 foot ceilings accentuate the open floorplan of the venue. The Showroom offers clients the opportunity to fully customize their event and create a setting that is ideal for their dream wedding. Designed with events in mind, The Showroom offers many unique features. Dimmable overhead lighting in the main space downstairs set the mood for a ceremony, cocktail hour or reception. The exclusive spacious Asian Fusion Gallery (1st floor) is a fantastic venue for any event from high-profile corporation to social events. The modernized and open-wide space is great to create stunning, unique, memorable experiences, features high-end A/V system, clean white wall, industry floor, built-in window wall provides natural light throughout. Located in the center of Washington D.C., great walkability to Metro, restaurants, businesses.

The Wharf Dockmaster Building is located at the end of District Pier and your rental includes the space on the pier around it. You have wrap around balconies and 270 degree views of the river and boats, plus the Washington Monument. Your rental gives you the building for the day so you can do any advance decorating, load in etc. It is unfurnished space – typically your caterer will coordinate tables, chairs etc. and help you design the look you want. Our inside capacity is typically 100 seated dinner style or 140-150 standing cocktail style.

All Souls Church, built in the 1920s, is a faithful copy of St. Martin-in-the-Fields of London. Our historic house of worship features a a bell cast in 1822 by Paul Revere's son and a Sanctuary that seats up to 700 guests amidst Corinthian columns and the resonant strains of the famous Reiger Organ. The Athenaeum is a beautifully preserved antebellum building, now serving as an art gallery. One of only two remaining examples of Neoclassical Greek Revival architecture in Alexandria, its exterior features an impressive portico supported by soaring Doric columns. Oversized windows bring natural light to the main gallery rooms, which boast 24-foot ceilings, wonderful woodwork, and exposed granite walls lined with rotating art exhibits. Your ceremony can be held in the sweet, private courtyard. This quaint, romantic space has a “secret garden” feel, sheltered from the street by high, vine-covered red brick walls. Please note wheelchair access is available only on the main floor. A/V equipment is available but limited. Viewing the Athenaeum The Athenaeum is available for viewing during gallery hours or by appointment. Gallery hours are Thursday-Sunday from 12:00pm-4:00pm. The Athenaeum is closed on holidays. Formed in 1911, the Woman's Club of Bethesda has been an active member of the Federation of Woman's Clubs.
