HOW MANY GUESTS DOES THE VENUE ACCOMMODATE?

The Middleburg Barn has several spots on the farm that can accommodate any size event from 50 to 500+ Most of our events are 100-200 in our event barn, but we can accommodate 350 seated with room for a dance floor and band or DJ. We'd be happy to discuss other parts of our farm, including The Stables, The Colony Room and The Hayloft.

DO YOU INCLUDE TABLES AND CHAIRS?

Yes, we provide tables, chairs, and cocktail tables. Additionally, our selection encompasses various furniture items such as couches, lounges, and ceremony seating.

HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING?

We provide options for one-day rentals, multiple-day rentals, or extended duration. Typically, events span a single day lasting approximately 10 hours, encompassing vendor setup, cocktail hour, dinner service, and dancing. Additional hours are permitted at an extra charge to accommodate the extended schedule.

Yes, we provide a convenient scheduled payment plan option to alleviate the burden of a lump sum payment at the time of booking. Additionally, we accept all major credit cards as forms of payment for all services at our venue.

We do not have hidden fees to make things confusing, we like to be very transparent to make things less stressful for our clients.

We have established exclusive partnerships with three caterers who possess a deep understanding of our venue, maintain professional staffing, and have been meticulously selected to provide the utmost satisfaction for our clients. Our caterers provide comprehensive services, encompassing linens, china, glassware, staff, bartenders, food, setup, and cleanup within their pricing structure. Depending on the menu, staffing requirements, guest count, and beverage options, pricing typically ranges from $170 to $240 per person.

Yes, as with all venues, liability insurance is required when booking our venue. All vendors must have insurance as well, so that if they damage anything, they are not making you responsible for their errors.

Our venue is less than 40 mins. from Dulles Airport. Our venue boasts a prime location along Route 50, ensuring convenient accessibility for guests seeking accommodations. Merely a two-minute drive to the west lies the charming town of Middleburg, offering abundant lodging options. To the east, the nearest hotel is approximately a ten-minute drive away. For out-of-town guests arriving at Dulles Airport, a straightforward 20-minute drive will bring them to our location.

ARE THERE ANIMALS ON YOUR PROPERTY?

We are a horse property with a profound legacy deeply rooted in equestrian pursuits. While our farm accommodates three horses, they are situated away from our event barn, ensuring that guests with allergies can attend without concern. Should you desire our horses to be integrated into your event, for an additional fee, we offer the service of bathing and grooming them to provide a pristine and enjoyable experience for your guests—rest assured, our horses are impeccably maintained, free from dust and dirt. We are also home to two pet swans, Fred and Ginger.
