Our indoor space accommodates 12-80 seated and 100 standing for cocktail events. The outdoor roof deck accommodates up to 150 for cocktail events, for a total guest count of 250 standing. Your guests will be wowed by clear, unparalleled views of Capitol Hill, and both spaces can be combined by opening our two 25’ power-assisted garage doors. Both areas are furnished with mid-century inspired furniture. We are a raw space. We do not provide any food or beverage service.     We selected Skyline 609 for our unusual dessert-only ceremony and reception. Our (130) guests were wowed by the watching our vows framed by a stunning sunset over the Capitol. The staff was accommodating to our caterer and event planner, and the event went off without a hitch. We'd happily choose Skyline 609 for future events — both personal and corporate.
