About this venue

Cherry Hill Ballroom is an event space located in the heart of Cherry Hill Park, an RV park and family campground. Please note: our event hours are 9am-9pm (we do not run events later than 9pm). With a variety of options for decor, food service, and layout, we offer you the flexibility you need to throw the event of your dreams. With 3,600 square feet, suspended hardwood floors, grand ceilings, a balcony, and a fireplace, our ballroom accommodates up to 150 people for dinner, dancing, and wedding ceremonies. Our ballroom also features several side rooms - set up a dressing room, photo booth, or cocktail bar! We offer outdoor ceremonies in the Arbor. Our wedding package includes a comprehensive decor package as well as the use of our commercial kitchen. You can set up catering or BYOB your event. If you've got a vision, we'd love to be a part of it. We've had fun over the years arranging carriage and tractor rides, log cabin packages, and more.

The Ballroom

A classic ballroom setting with decor that matches your unique vision.

The Ballroom is our main indoor wedding space, perfect for a summer celebration or a formal winter banquet. Invite up to 150 people for dinner, dancing, and your ceremony, and enjoy 3,600 fully decorated square feet, suspended hardwood floors, grand ceilings, a balcony, and a fireplace.

Use of The Ballroom, The Lounge, and the kitchen. One hour rehearsal. One hour consultation: room layout, design details, and fabric selection. Covered chairs with sashes and covered tables. Option for Chiavari chair rental. Centerpieces for guest tables and head table decor. Ceiling draping and chandelier. Wall drapery w/ crystal curtain, valance, up-lighting. Floor-to-ceiling crystal columns w/ colored up-lights. GOBO light (stock design or custom install).

The Pavilion

Enjoy a romantic micro-wedding (ceremony and reception) in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Our Pavilion is the perfect setting for a romantic micro-wedding (65 guests or fewer). Make your vows in the open air amidst natural scenery, while enjoying the peace of mind and comfort of a roof, roll-down walls, ceiling fans, and optional heating.

A Pavilion Micro-wedding includes: use of the Pavilion for your ceremony and reception, space for up to 65 guests, a one hour scheduled rehearsal, one hour design consultation: layout & details, decorated wedding arch, bows on bridge, white folding chairs with built-in padded seats, photo opportunities on our beautiful grounds (bridges, water features), all-weather use: sides can be lowered or raised (option for heater rental at additional cost)

An Arbor Ceremony includes: decorated wedding arch, room for up to 150 guests, white folding chairs with built-in padded seats, photos on our beautiful grounds (bridges, pergola, waterfall), all-weather use: sides can be lowered or raised, location next to Ballroom (stroll from ceremony to reception), a one hour ceremony rehearsal.
