About this venue
Formed in 1911, the Woman's Club of Bethesda has been an active member of the Federation of Woman's Clubs. Our clubhouse was built in 1927 and has hosted countless community events, dances, and celebrations. We maintain the historic charm and character while offering all the modern day amenities. We invite you to feel the warmth of our space for your wedding related event.

The Clubhouse
The Woman’s Club of Bethesda has a lovely large ballroom with maple wood flooring (installed in the summer of 2015), a small stage, a sun room, a foyer, and a kitchen. With central air conditioning and heat, the clubhouse is available to rent year round for your special events. We are available for both private and public functions. Due to the layout of the Clubhouse, we rent to only one client at a time. The entire first floor of the Clubhouse is included in the rental fee. We furnish round dining tables (four feet in diameter), buffet tables (six or eight feet long), highboy cocktail tables, and 100 cushioned chairs.

Great venue!
We had our wedding reception here and were very happy with the space. The Woman's Club has character and is unique. We loved that we could choose our own vendors. We ended up having a food truck and a buffet and it worked perfectly. Carol was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive and professional.
