I cannot say good enough things about R&R Collective! We hired Kaitie to help us with our month of coordination and as a day of coordinator. She was available to answer any questions we had and assisted us with last minute things that we would have totally forgot to handle! She created a floor plan and layout of our venue and organized and placed them perfectly how we envisioned it. Kaitie created our timeline for the day and ensured all vendors knew the plan for the day and made the day run so smoothly. R&R also caters to wedding photography! Robyn and Marnaie were fantastic! They helped to keep us on schedule, kept us energetic and happy throughout the day, and the photos they took I will cherish forever! We loved their moody and dramatic style! R&R Collective was a true one stop shop for your needs and they were truly the vendors that made our day as perfect as it was!

Haley made our event the perfect day. She was the perfect combination of creative and effective. She knew how to help us articulate our dreams and then she knew how to make them a reality. She was the single best vendor we had and easily the best money we spent (seriously, such a bargain). She’s an expert on everything from flowers to how best to space out tables to coordinating with and orchestrating all the vendors. She made sure that we got all the little details that made our day so uniquely perfect. Without fail, Haley responded to every single message we sent her within minutes. The confidence we had going into the wedding day was through the roof, and she did not disappoint. If anything went wrong, we never heard about it because Haley took complete care of it all. We truly cannot recommend Haley highly enough!! I mean look at these pictures for crying out loud!

When we began our wedding planning process, we really had no idea where to begin and knew that we would need a wedding coordinator to help us get started. Finding and hiring Korina was the best!!!! From the start, she made herself available to answer any questions, suggest vendors, and provided us with a detailed timeline of the whole wedding planning process. She made it so easy and (believe it or not) stress-free!!!!! We genuinely ENJOYED the time we got to plan our wedding and we owe a lot of that to Korina and her team for being so helpful, professional, organized, knowledgeable, and flexible. The day of our wedding, Korina was on-site and provided such a calming presence amidst what (sometimes) felt like chaos. There was never any doubt that if a problem arose, Korina wouldn't be able to handle it. The confidence and professionalism that Korina and her team carry definitely played a huge role in our stress levels the day-of. We will always be able to look back and remember our wedding with feelings of true joy and happiness because hiring Korina definitely just melted our stress away!

My husband and I are still floating from our wedding and mainly because of how magical and how amazing it went - a huge part because of Sweet Blossom Weddings! We needed a day of coordinator and after looking at options, we were so happy to find SBW’s packages the fit our need perfectly. We purchased the Pear Blossom package, which includes connecting with a coordinator 3 months leading up to the wedding. And WOW. To this day, we will say that having SBW as a vendor was worth every single penny and then some! I would highly recommend them to any couple who wants a kind, patient and genuine coordinator who really knows their stuff and who can really advocate for you as a couple! A huge shout out to our main planner Kylie who was all of the above! In all of our planning meetings, she made us feel confident in our decisions and always offered us her suggestions and advice (which we we gladly took)! She was present and highly accessible to us. Whether it was to joke or vent about anything, she was there! She was able to pull our vision and help us execute a memorable day! On the day of, we had our personal PA Katie and another SBW member who helped with set up. A team of 3 really helped the day go so perfectly! Our bridal party and family commented how attentive and detailed the whole team was. We were also told that as a bride and groom, we looked super relaxed and present during the wedding and reception - and truly, that’s because we were confident in SBW in taking the reigns to conduct our event! Their seamless coordination allowed us to fully enjoy our party. As a couple or as an attendee, SBW’s presence was really felt in the most positive way! I will continue gushing about just how amazing SBW is. I highly recommend them for your big day - you will be so happy you did!

Jenna went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was perfect. Jenna was our favorite person throughout the entire process, and as the bride I was constantly talking about how much I relied on her and loved having her as the person to lean on. I already miss working with her and both of us cannot recommend her highly enough. On our wedding day, we did not worry about a single thing thanks to her. I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SD area! She also helped us with signage for the day-of and did a beautiful job at a super reasonable price.

From the beginning, Bryce took my vision and brought it to life in a way that exceeded our expectations and what we even thought was possible. Bryce not only ensured every detail was perfect but also advocated for us when it came to dealing with a VERY challenging venue that fought us on just about everything. Her extensive relationships with vendors gave us access to the best options, and she skillfully negotiated on our behalf, always keeping our best interests at heart. Even when my hair and makeup canceled 9 days before the wedding, she was able to help me secure the best artist who was better than who I'd originally chosen, myself. When the venue’s freight elevator broke on the day of the event, Bryce already had a Plan B in place, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. Thanks to her preparation and quick thinking, the day was flawless and our guests are still talking about our wedding! She was organized in the way she presented how everything would look day of, and always had a creative solution. Everything felt custom and tailored and was true to who we are. Her experience is truly unmatched. Truly every detail and minute of the day was accounted for with aisle planner and a schedule. If you want a planner who truly cares, has impeccable taste, is patient, and goes above and beyond to ensure your day is perfect, Bryce is the one. We hired Karen for 2-month coordination and right off the bat, she was such a thoughtful planner and her willingness to guide us through anything and everything was amazing. I love a good spreadsheet and Karen has the best!!! Every meeting with her was so productive and we left each one with clear next steps/homework. The day of the wedding, everything went SO smoothly. Karen and her team took care of setting up all of our decor and they did so beautifully! When I arrived to the venue and saw everything, I was taken aback by how stunning everything looked — we had a mix of florals, candles, and fruit for our decor so getting everything set up was no small feat. Karen’s creative eye flawlessly brought my vision to life and I am so so grateful! Outside of decor, Karen’s organization, vendor communication, and speedy cleanup at the end of night was top-notch. We were able to truly enjoy the night, knowing Karen was there. My husband and I were blown away by the service provided by Heart and Sol Events! One of the best decision that we ever made was hiring them for day of coordination. Dre made the overwhelming process of wedding planning fun, easy and truly enjoyable. She is personable, down to earth and has a true passion for what she does. Her knowledge and experience in the field shoes. Dre and her team were there for us throughout the process and we could not have done it without them! A special thank to our day of coordinator, Denies Drum! We can't even begin to explain how blessed we were to have her be a part of our day. Denise was kind, genuine and radiated this calming presence that she carried with her throughout the planning process. She was involved in every detail from leading meetings with our vendors, to ceremony site reviews and setup, and even to discussing details about hair and dresses. She was patient and took the time to understand our vision and then was able to execute that vision with grace. I am positive that her attention to details and her continuous open line of communication is what made things run so smoothly on our wedding day. Where to even begin! Jill Hudgins was our wedding planner/saint for the 8 months leading up to our wedding. When I say I can’t imagine how any of our big day would have been possible without her - I absolutely mean it. We knew from our first introductory call with Jill that she was going to be such a great partner and friend through the process. She was thoughtful, organized, and brought the best energy to every detail! When it came time to find and vet vendors, she actually ended up saving us quite a bit of money by either finding identical less expensive vendors or by reviewing contracts and removing unnecessary charges. The real magic happened during the week of our wedding and we needed some emergency rentals - Jill came through with some contacts and got it immediately sorted for us. I got so many compliments on how relaxed I seemed on my wedding day and it was because I knew Jill had my back and everything was going to be perfect. I cannot recommend Jill Hudgins enough. I already miss working with her and I know she will elevate any couple and wedding she works with in the future. Do not miss the chance to partner with such a great planner! Thank you, Jill!

I can say without a doubt that I would not have made it through the wedding planning process without Kristi. It was obvious from the start that she has plenty of expertise in this area and she offered her advice in a gentle, non-judgemental manner. For instance, my fiance liked the idea having the ceremony in a particular location followed by an immediate conversion into the reception area after the ceremony; Kristi calmly and kindly explained that this endeavor was harder than it looked and helped us brainstorm different options. She never once made my fiance or me feel that any of our ideas were trivial or stupid; she listened with excitement and spoke with encouragement while also knowing when and how to point out the pros and cons of pending decisions. She went above and beyond in every way possible: when it was clear that family drama was taking its toll on me, Kristi offered numerous times to be the point of contact for a certain family member so as to take stress away from me. I hope I did not take too much advantage of that as it felt like I was using her as a scapegoat. From engagement to leaving the reception, Kristi was patient and kind and was an absolute delight. Her capacity to keep all of the numerous details straight and to recall them instantly was mind-boggling and to boot, she did it all with a calm, unflappable demeanor. I don't think I will ever be able to thank her enough for all she did.

Kristin at Stephanie Rose Events was excellent from start to finish. We did not have a lot of prior knowledge of our chosen wedding city (San Diego) and actually were living across the country at the time. As such, we purchased the full service package from Kristin. Even before we spent a single cent, Kristin provided us with several recommendations for wedding venues, and several pieces of advice regarding our specific needs around having a Catholic wedding. Once we got into wedding planning, Kristin was extremely helpful with finding us an ideal church, reception venue and date. She set up several visits for us, and aside from that provided helpful advice for each venue. In a similar vein, when we chose our vendors, Kristin had a ready-made list for every vendor we'd need, - her advice and expertise literally saved us thousands of dollars in florals and food. For the actual day itself, Kristin was pretty much everywhere ensuring things were done correctly, and it was an incredibly smooth experience. I can only wish that I did her justice in my toast. Everyone generally needs a planner for their wedding, but we would like to highlight Kristin's service as invaluable. She was communicative, helpful and professional from start to finish, and is a true expert in the field. We would fully recommend her skills for anyone planning a wedding!

Lucy is such a meticulous, kind, thoughtful, hard-working, personable and collaborative wedding planner that it is hard to write a review glowing enough to fully capture how pleased we were to work with her. Suffice it to say, that in whatever capacity, you’ll want her involved in your own wedding if you want to enjoy your day to the fullest. “Weddings are stressful” is the conventional wisdom. Incredibly less stressful with the assistance of a wedding planner as capable and skilled as Lucy Tan. She was adept at including everyone in the process while prioritizing our vision of the perfect wedding. Whenever we felt flustered, Lucy was calm and prepared with a solution at hand. The enjoyment of our wedding day by all in attendance was in no small part due to Lucy’s attentiveness. Additionally, she had great relationships with all of our vendors and the venue. They loved working with her as much as we did! We highly recommend working with Lucy Tan and the Perfect Knot!
