6 month coordination brings your wedding vision to life, managing logistics, and reducing the stress associated with planning a wedding. This service will focus on the final preparations and management of your wedding day itself.

This 3-month coordination is a valuable service for couples who have completed most of their wedding planning but want a professional coordinator to step in and ensure a seamless execution in the final months leading up to the big day.

Month-of wedding coordination (6 weeks) is ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professional to step in during the last month to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the actual day. It allows you relax and enjoy your wedding while the coordinator manages the logistics and details.

    Slay Events (Lily) was the absolute BEST wedding planner we could have ever dreamed of. From our very first interaction, we knew we couldn't have made a better choice. Her communication style is professional, prompt, and personalized - we always felt as though we were her top priority (and that she enjoyed having us in that position). The quality of her work is simply unmatched. Lily is knowledgable, adaptable, innovative, elite, thorough, and has a beautifully thoughtful approach to every detail. Every aspect of our wedding day felt elegant, effortless and enjoyable. I could go on for days about how incredible Lily is. She quickly became a very close friend that we love having in our lives post wedding day. She is an incredible listener and curator.     Slay Events was an absolute dream to work with. Lily’s communication style was casual, straightforward, and collaborative, which made working with her stress-free. She is incredibly detail-oriented, communicative , and really driven to succeed. I watched her go above and beyond for brides, executing the impossible on the day of the event and handling any issues behind the scenes without letting the brides know. I cannot recommend Slay Events highly enough - she truly is a gem!

    We got married on 11.09.2024 and it would not have been the same without Lily! We booked her for her champagne package and it was worth it! She is an absolute delight to work with and is so knowledgeable about the wedding industry! There are so many little things to keep track of when it comes to planning a wedding and I'm sure things would have fallen through the cracks without her! She's really organized and was able to keep track and work easily with all of the vendors! If anyone is looking for a wedding planner, we highly recommend Lily! You won't regret it!

    We had the pleasure of working with Lily during the final three months leading up to our wedding. We met Lily at a time when "we" (mostly the very stressed, indecisive bride) were overwhelmed with so many tasks left to do and so little time. From our first meeting to our last, Lily always brought her positive energy, enthusiasm and passion to the process. She alleviated much of our stress being the liaison with all of our vendors, resolved unexpected issues with grace, and offered valuable feedback on countless logistical details. On our wedding day, Lily and her assistant coordinator, Wendy, were wonderful to work with. While there must have been many stressful moments behind the scenes, Lily made sure we did not feel any of it. Lily and Wendy were incredibly attentive and checked in with us throughout the day to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. We're so happy to have met Lily and are forever thankful! Our wedding day was an absolute dream.
