6 month coordination brings your wedding vision to life, managing logistics, and reducing the stress associated with planning a wedding. This service will focus on the final preparations and management of your wedding day itself.

This 3-month coordination is a valuable service for couples who have completed most of their wedding planning but want a professional coordinator to step in and ensure a seamless execution in the final months leading up to the big day.

Month-of wedding coordination (6 weeks) is ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professional to step in during the last month to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the actual day. It allows you relax and enjoy your wedding while the coordinator manages the logistics and details.

    Slay Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Lily was warm, attentive, friendly, and responsive to all questions we had. Her communication was top-notch, and she was extremely detail-oriented, ensuring that everything came together seamlessly for our special day. Her planning tools and quick thinking helped us thinking of many details we would have missed otherwise. Lily truly went above and beyond, even being willing to help us coordinate our tea ceremony (which we hosted the day before our wedding). We asked Lily if she would be open to helping us coordinate our tea ceremony about a month before the event when we realized that we were getting overwhelmed with the details. She was ready and jumped right in to help! Lily ran both our tea ceremony and the wedding flawlessly. We found out later that on both days she was addressing needs that came up without us even knowing - allowing us to focus on enjoying our special weekend as a couple. We got so many compliments from our family members on Lily's fantastic coordination skills. We cannot thank Slay Events enough for the fantastic service that allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding weekend. We strongly recommend Slay Events for all of your event coordination needs!

    Need to plan your wedding in just 3 months? Slay Events will execute and make it happen beautifully! We had such a fun time planning our wedding with Lily!
