Lindsay with Mostest was AMAZING! She helped us tremendously when the event planner for the Charleston Princess quit just a few weeks before my daughter’s wedding. There were many obstacles to navigate including not being able to board the vessel to set up and decorate until 2 hours before guests would begin boarding. Lindsay single handedly transported a car load of personalized details, decorations, party favors, bar items, extra linens, numerous picture frames and a huge Charleston Harbor nautical chart that served as the guest book. She had to take several trips from her car down a very long pier to get to the boat and set it all up in such a short time span. She managed it all beautifully! The timeline she created was amazing and we were actually a bit ahead of schedule prior to the ceremony. This gave us all some time to relax while sweet Lindsay was preparing for all of our guests to arrive. After the reception, Lindsay stayed on board and began packing up all of our special items carefully. We returned to the vessel after sending the bride and groom off, to find that she had managed to pack most of our items without our help. I can’t say enough about all that she did for us, especially with all of the hiccups and stresses we faced the last few weeks. She handled everything with such grace and poise! This MOB was quite stressed with the adversity we were facing that was out of our control and Lindsay smoothed everything out!! I can’t say enough about her!! Trisha was a life saver. My husband and I were absolutely in awe with how above and beyond she went in the months leading up to the wedding, and the day of came together nearly perfectly. Multiple guests described the wedding as the “best they had ever been to”, and knowing how many different vendors and items we had to coordinate, we owe a lot of that to Trisha. She scheduled meetings with vendors, provided tons of product and vendor recommendations, and coordinated setup and cleanup among many other tasks. We had a lot of moving parts the week of the big day, and she was able to set me at ease for the portions that I could not supervise myself. We were able to actually let go and enjoy the day thanks to Trisha, which was very important to my husband and I. Highly recommend using her. 100% worth allocating a portion of our limited budget to her planning services.

Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional. These two allowed me to be completely present on my day and blocked out all the noise for me and I can't thank them enough for that. Working with Teyanna has been a wonderful experience. As a bride who had never been to a wedding I was very lost in the planning process. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! Hands down, Faye Fern Creative was our favorite wedding vendor. We could not have trusted our day to a more talented, caring, experienced, and fully dedicated team. During our consultation call, I mentioned a mutual Instagram friend connection and discovered that Natalie had coincidentally planned a stylish film industry event for them in New York almost a decade ago and also the wedding of one of their friends. My friend had nothing but fabulous things to say. The way she described what it was like to work with Natalie made me know instantly that we HAD to book her. My husband and I found it very easy to trust the Faye Fern design and planning team throughout everything. Natalie rescued us from making several bad decisions with her sage advice and I am not embarrassed to admit that things could have turned out quite disastrous for us if we had been left to plan our own wedding without her expertise. She also literally saved us hundreds of hours and prevented me from having to go down an endless research blackhole because she introduced us to the best vendors for our vision and managed EVERYTHING. Anyone who has ever had a wedding probably knows how easy it is to get overwhelmed by the number of vendor choices and social media horror stories of bad vendor experiences. We were grateful to have Natalie’s guidance and knew that she was only booking us vendors who were trustworthy and fit our aesthetic. At the start, Natalie told us that she customizes the experience to the couple. She took a lot of care to learn our communication style and how involved we wanted to be in planning. We chose to let her take the reins and just present us options to make major decisions on. She was very respectful of our vision and even made wonderful design suggestions that improved it. Natalie also preferred to get everything locked down sooner rather than later, kept us on track with deadlines, and is so organized and well prepared. This allowed us to spend the final month before our wedding in an unexpected state of relaxation and she encouraged us to turn our focus to self-care since almost all the work had already been done. SO, SO different from our siblings and friends who spent their own final month before their weddings still stressing about timelines, seating and floor plans, and all kinds of last minute tasks. We were grateful to have avoided that because it allowed us to arrive at our wedding feeling well rested, calm, and 100 percent confident that we were about to have the best weekend of our lives. It should also be said that Natalie’s design genius is nothing short of inspiring. She came up with our perfect color palette and wedding design even though most of the inspiration photos I sent her were of travel, fashion, interiors and graphic design that I liked. I told her that I didn’t have much saved in terms of wedding photos and she just said “No problem, I absolutely love that. We don’t want your wedding to look exactly like someone else’s anyway!” and went right to work, coming up with such a gorgeous design that fit who we are. We could not recommend Faye Fern Creative any more highly. If you are looking for a designer or planning team who will exceed every expectation and feel like supportive lifelong friends, this is it. Brooke once told me during one of our many consultations, that the name of her business was “practically perfect” because nothing is ever 100% perfect, but her goal is to get it as close as possible. First off the vendors she chose- the catering, the dj, the hair and makeup artist, the bartender, the florist… every single one of these vendors came through in a big way for me! They all knocked it out of the park, and that’s mostly because of Brooke! She knew what she was doing when she chose them, and she handled pretty much all of the communication. You just have to trust that you chose her for a reason and that she is going to make the right decisions. Every single thing about my day exceeded my expectations. Now let’s talk about her professionalism. I had someone at my wedding be… not so nice to her. Not Brooke’s fault. She handled it with grace and professionalism both during and after the situation, and made sure it caused as little of a hiccup as possible during my day. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me that Brooke was there for me every single step of the way taking care of things. Talk about making the impossible, possible! I had worked with MVW Events to plan a surprise engagement picnic for my then girlfriend, now wife. Around the time, I was wrapping up my graduate program and set to graduate the day after I planned on proposing. MVW helped me set the vision for the picnic and coordinated sourcing vendors for the right deals on items that would make the moment extra special. With all the details in place, I was confident in what we had planned and was actually less nervous about the whole bended knee thing because of it. Fast forward to the day of and guess what ... It RAINED!! so the park area I had in mind did not allow folks on the grass after fresh rain so we had to change plans on the fly. Morgan and her super creative brain proposed she and her team set up everything in my apartment instead. That way we could have everything we needed for the occasion within arms reach. She even secretly met me while I was out with my partner at a school event to grab my apartment keys and head over to set everything up while I was out. When we got home, when I say the place looked like MAGIC!! We were both blown away (but of course I had an idea of what to expect). And of course, it went perfectly from there. A day-of-coordinator is one of the last wedding vendors I considered, and working with Cindy made me wish I booked her right after getting engaged! Throughout the planning process, she was highly accessible starting from the time we booked with her, striking the best balance of offering her perspective while encouraging us to make the decision that was best for us. She also offered invaluable insight such as recommending an excellent videographer who we were very happy with. Despite her busy schedule during peak wedding season, she always ensured that I, my now husband, and parents felt heard and received her full attention. The night before my wedding, a vendor reached out with a timing concern that would have led me to panic had it not been for Cindy, who solved the issue without my having to give it a second thought, leading to the ceremony entrance that my husband and I dreamed of. The day of my wedding, Cindy and Caroline immediately brought a sense of calm and joy when my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, and were on top of little wrinkles that arose in the plan, such as when a transportation vendor didn’t show up. I hadn’t realized that there would be so many wedding items to keep track of (vendor gratuities, favors, signs, toasting flutes, etc etc etc), but Cindy and Caroline ensured that all these things were set up correctly at the venue, and packed up at the end of the night. Overall, it is hard to imagine how the day would have gone without them. They were unquestionably an essential part of how we were able to enjoy some calm and lots of fun during our wedding day, and we are so grateful to them!

She created an almost minute-by-minute timeline for the day and was the point of contact for all of our vendors, bridal party & family, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our day without any stress or worries. Nicole was crucial in ensuring our day ran smoothly and kept the whole timeline on track and I can't even begin to describe what an important role she played. There are no words!!! Simply put, we don't know what we would have done without her!! My husband and I kept saying the next day, seriously though what would we have done?! When the florist only delivered 6 bouquets instead of 8 for my bridesmaids, she contacted the florist and had 2 more bouquets at the site of our pictures in what seemed like a blink of an eye! There was an issue with power for the ceremony, she was on it! There was a mix up with a last minute table addition, she fixed it! Which, by the way, I had absolutely NO idea about any of these issues until after the wedding. Almost all of our vendors went out of their way to mention how much they enjoyed working with Nicole & that they would jump at the opportunity to work with her again. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, my #1 advice as a newly married woman is- DO IT! And of course, hire Nicole!
