I’m a Boston-based nonprofit professional by day and wedding coordinator by weekend! I love all things weddings and the celebration of two people deciding to spend their lives together. I’ve been planning and coordinating events for over 7 years. My wedding coordination journey began when my former boss asked if I could coordinate her wedding, having seen my skills in planning and coordinating events for work. I said YES and fell in love with being a part of someone’s wedding day. It brings me joy and excitement doing the behind-the-scenes work that helps make your vision come to life.

I’m confident that my planning and organization skills, eye for details, and knack for being one step ahead will help you to have the wedding of your dreams. Most importantly, I want my clients to think of me as a trusted friend who is committed to ensuring you have the best day possible. Whether it’s a handling a last-minute vendor change, a late-night call to brainstorm ideas, reminding you to eat cake, or a fire that needs to be put out on the day of –I’m in your corner and have you covered.

    Danielle was incredible and such a pleasure to work with! We were so happy to have her as our day of coordinator for our wedding. My husband and I decided to hire a day of coordinator to ensure we could be present and enjoy our wedding without worrying about logistics or things going wrong. Danielle was so helpful with all of this – we were truly able to enjoy every moment of the day. Danielle was extremely professional, organized, informative, and fun to work with! She reached out 3 months before our date with an extensive questionnaire which helped us think about every detail (even ones we had no idea that we had to plan for or think about). Starting one month before our date, Danielle created a timeline and started coordinating with all our vendors. She was also available for questions and to bounce ideas off of beforehand. On the day of, Danielle made us feel at ease - she handled venue decor and ensured everything was set up as we imagined (honestly better than we envisioned), helped us pick a perfect first look spot after our original plan fell through, was flexible about changes to our timeline on the day of and helped with the breakdown of the venue (including making sure all rented items were not lost and returned to vendors!). We felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day and could tell she is someone who really enjoys making brides and grooms happy! Hiring a day of coordinator is totally worth the investment – if you’re on the fence, do it! Highly recommend Danielle!

    Danielle was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Danielle was professional, nice and made me feel comfortable about handling our wedding. She was highly organized and communicative the entire time and made sure the whole day ran smoothly. She handled all venue decor set up exactly as I imagined and even ran home to get her steamer to make sure everything was perfect. It seriously made us enjoy our day so much more knowing that Danielle was helping handle everything else. I really thought I could pull off our wedding without a coordinator but the BEST choice and investment we made was hiring Danielle because I seriously can't imagine how our wedding would have gone without her. Highly recommend!

    Danielle was a joy to work with as our wedding coordinate. She was kind, generous, and always quick to respond throughout the planning process, which we really appreciated during such a hectic time. Danielle pays incredible attention to detail, is highly accommodating, easy going, and willing to go the extra mile. She also helped us find perfect vendors and helped to do the research we desperately needed. Danielle was invaluable on our big day - she made sure our vision came together perfectly, and jumped in wherever needed throughout the day. I cannot recommend Danielle enough to any couple looking for an organized, responsive, and talented coordinator who will make your wedding dreams a reality!
