I cannot say good enough things about R&R Collective! We hired Kaitie to help us with our month of coordination and as a day of coordinator. She was available to answer any questions we had and assisted us with last minute things that we would have totally forgot to handle! She created a floor plan and layout of our venue and organized and placed them perfectly how we envisioned it. Kaitie created our timeline for the day and ensured all vendors knew the plan for the day and made the day run so smoothly. R&R also caters to wedding photography! Robyn and Marnaie were fantastic! They helped to keep us on schedule, kept us energetic and happy throughout the day, and the photos they took I will cherish forever! We loved their moody and dramatic style! R&R Collective was a true one stop shop for your needs and they were truly the vendors that made our day as perfect as it was!

Korina and her assistant Ashley blended both professionalism and familiarity in their working style. Korina is personable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Importantly, she initiated communication amongst all our vendors without us needing to ask her to do so. Amidst the busy summer wedding season of 2024, Korina was immediately responsive, constantly flexible, and tracked even the most minute details we asked of her. She answered our questions using her expertise and if there was something we had to find out, she was quick ​in response and immediate to action. For the wedding reception day, she notated which seats were for the young guests so as to remember where the coloring pages were to be placed, she was instrumental in placing each individual gift bag to match the names of our guests in their appropriate seats, and she was even our personal bodyguard during our 10 minutes of eating in peace! Korina's impact was so incredible that we completely forgot there were things we were supposed to worry about on the day of! Korina made us feel at home during a time of potential chaos and multiple moving parts. Our experience would not have shined as much as it did without Korina's leadership and behind-the-scenes work. And to think that she found our 150-guest reception to be a piece of cake. Imagine how much potential she has with your next event!

Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! Sam was absolutely spectacular in coordinating the reception for our wedding. She went through great lengths to ensure that all the details of the venue (Eden Oaks Ranch) exceeded the vision we had. Sam provided wonderful guidance to build out an appropriate timeline with flexibility for unexpected bumps in the road. She was also fantastic in providing us with shopping lists of supplies we would need to provide for a well-rounded bar selection, which would be enough for our guests to enjoy during the entire event. I was trying to cut corners on wherever I could as Weddings are just outrageously expensive. My venue required a coordinator, so I looked and reached out to a few. Jenna made all of the difference with how smoothly planning went amd how the day rolled out. I can say without a doubt that I would not have made it through the wedding planning process without Kristi. It was obvious from the start that she has plenty of expertise in this area and she offered her advice in a gentle, non-judgemental manner. For instance, my fiance liked the idea having the ceremony in a particular location followed by an immediate conversion into the reception area after the ceremony; Kristi calmly and kindly explained that this endeavor was harder than it looked and helped us brainstorm different options. She never once made my fiance or me feel that any of our ideas were trivial or stupid; she listened with excitement and spoke with encouragement while also knowing when and how to point out the pros and cons of pending decisions. She went above and beyond in every way possible: when it was clear that family drama was taking its toll on me, Kristi offered numerous times to be the point of contact for a certain family member so as to take stress away from me. I hope I did not take too much advantage of that as it felt like I was using her as a scapegoat. From engagement to leaving the reception, Kristi was patient and kind and was an absolute delight. Her capacity to keep all of the numerous details straight and to recall them instantly was mind-boggling and to boot, she did it all with a calm, unflappable demeanor. When it came time to find and vet vendors, she actually ended up saving us quite a bit of money by either finding identical less expensive vendors or by reviewing contracts and removing unnecessary charges. The real magic happened during the week of our wedding and we needed some emergency rentals - Jill came through with some contacts and got it immediately sorted for us. I got so many compliments on how relaxed I seemed on my wedding day and it was because I knew Jill had my back and everything was going to be perfect. I cannot recommend Jill Hudgins enough. A huge shout out to our main planner Kylie who was all of the above! In all of our planning meetings, she made us feel confident in our decisions and always offered us her suggestions and advice (which we we gladly took)! She was present and highly accessible to us. Whether it was to joke or vent about anything, she was there! She was able to pull our vision and help us execute a memorable day! On the day of, we had our personal PA Katie and another SBW member who helped with set up. A team of 3 really helped the day go so perfectly! Our bridal party and family commented how attentive and detailed the whole team was. We were also told that as a bride and groom, we looked super relaxed and present during the wedding and reception - and truly, that’s because we were confident in SBW in taking the reigns to conduct our event! Their seamless coordination allowed us to fully enjoy our party. As a couple or as an attendee, SBW’s presence was really felt in the most positive way!
