I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.

I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly. We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! Knowing she had it all under control gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy our day. What truly touched us were the thoughtful extras. Cassie took photos and videos on her phone throughout the day, capturing moments and details we didn’t even think to ask for. Having those memories in addition to our photographers photos meant so much to us!! (I attached just a few for reference) Her ability to manage every detail flawlessly amazed me! Cassie truly is a miracle worker, a problem-solver, and a memory-maker all in one! Everyone loved her so much! I don’t know how we got so lucky!

I had met MK when I was a recently engaged bridesmaid for one of my best friends and she was her day-of planner. On the day she helped my parents with set up, ensured everyone was where they needed to be and fielded all questions from vendors and guests. The guests raved about the whole experience, and as far as I know literally nothing went wrong, and if it did, Sara handled it like a pro because I never found out! We reached out to Sabrina once we realized how overwhelming the wedding planning process was and after one call we knew we needed to book her! At that point we hired her after we booked our venue, DJ and photographers so she picked up right where we left off. She offered a partial wedding planner package that was perfect for where we were at that stage of planning. Our only regret was not booking her from the beginning!! Sabrina's services kept us organized and on track with everything we needed to do. She checked in with us every month leading up to the wedding and was always available for any calls or emails. I truly don’t even know where to begin. Devyn is the sole reason my wedding went SO smoothly and was everything I wanted! I’m forever grateful to her for that! I hired Devyn in August 2023 for my April 2024 wedding. I did the wedding management and design package. I initially wasn’t sure if I wanted to add in the design portion, mainly because of cost, but I’m SO happy I did because Devyn really made sure everything came together, and it was amazing. Immediately after hiring Devyn, I felt so relieved with the whole planning process. She went full force into everything, and it felt so good to have someone do all of that! Soon into the planning process, Devyn let me know she was pregnant and that her due date was actually the day before my wedding! She assured me I would be fully taken care of and not to worry, but I never once worried about it because I knew Devyn would make sure I was taken care of. She let me know that I would have three people present on the wedding day. Evie would be the primary contact and planner at the wedding, Nicolette (For Her Socials- Content Creation) would be at the hotel with us while we were getting ready and making sure we were staying on time, and everything that comes with that, and she hired out one of her planner friends Nicole (Nicole Gabriella Planning) to be the second point of contact at the venue and be there to help me with anything I needed. Throughout the entire planning process, Devyn’s communication was top-tier. She was always keeping me in the loop with updates from vendors and giving me updates. If I ever had a question, I never once felt like a bother. Devyn made sure everything was EXACTLY how I wanted it. I’m the type of person to just do whatever’s easiest, but she made sure every single detail was exactly what I wanted. If there was ever anything from the vendors that I slightly wasn’t happy with, she’d immediately go to them and let them know, which is something I never would’ve done on my own. I’ve never had anyone advocate for me like Devyn! She always made sure every single detail was absolutely perfect for me. As we were approaching my wedding and her due date, she never once slowed down, and I never felt worried about things not getting done. She did our final walkthrough TWO weeks before giving birth! I felt bad, but she assured me she was okay and would take her maternity leave as soon as she knew everything was good for me! Evie was incredible on the day of the wedding and made sure everything was good and that I didn’t need to worry about anything. Literally, the entire wedding planning process was so easy, thanks to Devyn, and she truly made it perfect for me. I’m forever grateful for Devyn, and I truly couldn’t recommend her enough! All my vendors, including the venue, were SO impressed with how organized everything was and kept talking about how easy Devyn made anything for everyone! Everyone needs a Devyn in their life!

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

Corinne and Molly made our day so seamless to the point where my husband and I could focus on us and our guests. From our first meeting to the day, they worked through hiccups with vendors that we would have missed and gave us amazing recommendations to make our wedding day perfect. There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Steph!!! My husband and I hired her for the Month of Coordination service for our June 2024 wedding. About 3 months prior to the wedding, we needed some additional planning/consulting help and Steph was our girl. Steph was able to prioritize what we needed to do and identified logistical concerns that we never would have thought of. She is calm, confident and organized, which is exactly what my pre-wedding/decision fatigued brain needed. The month leading up to the wedding was incredibly seamless with her help. She took on all contact with the venue and vendors so my husband and I could focus on other responsibilities. When it came to the day before/day of the wedding, she was there every step of the way - from coordinating our rehearsal to bustling my dress. The night was so much fun and easy and it is all because of Steph and her team. Easily the best decision we made was having Steph a part of our wedding!! Lauren was by far and away the best thing that happened to our wedding planning process. We hired her as a day-of-coordinator as our venue required one, and she absolutely blew us away with everything she did. We had a 1 hour meeting with her every week for the six weeks leading up to the wedding day, so by the time we got to the day itself, we were confident she knew the details of our event inside and out. Lauren asked all the questions that we never would have thought of, and covered details that we definitely would have overlooked ourselves. She handled communication with our vendors, double checked all our contracts, and helped us navigate some last minute logistical challenges that were stressful for us. She is so calm, and so easy to work with. She helped with setup and breakdown of our decorations, and made sure our gifts and cards were all in a safe spot.
